Great staff and easy car buying experience.

Buyer's Beware

Buyers beware!!! I highly recommend not to purchase any vehicles from this dealership until you have it inspected by your own personal mechanic. I purchased a 2012 Chevy Sonic in February and had problems immediately. In my opinion Sign It Drive It did not show any compassion nor concern when I brough it back for service within the first 30 days. They were all in at the sale but when I needed service I basically had to beg for assistance. Overall, the car completely broke down within 6 months with a major engine problem. I will never work with them again.

You don't notice...too bad for you

Less than one star. Just bought a car from them. The next rain we found that the windshield leaks in to the car. The sign it drive it service department found that yes the windshield leaks. Sing It Drive It service and sales said that since we didn't catch it on our test drive (which was a nice sunny day) we are completely responsible for all repairs and damage. DO NOT BUY from them!!!!!

Epitomy of stereotypical used car dealer/sales rep

Epitomy of stereotypical used car dealership. Overpriced and uneducated about current market values and their own extended warranties. High pressure, low level tactics, The only dealership that would not share the details of the extended warranty with me. Everything they do essentially erodes any bit of trust that might have been there initially and they are complete waste of time (to deal with and to physically get out to the middle of nowhere Denton far from the rest of DFW civilization).

This dealership sold me a vehicle knowing it had

This dealership sold me a vehicle knowing it had structural damage- falsely represented the carfax by using a similar vehicle. When I went to trade it in elsewhere I saw the real carfax plus the experian auto report that had detailed info about structural damage. They are sleazy liars and TJ Smith brags about selling so many cars a month but he does do deceitfully. I have been to some xxxxxxx auto dealers but this one tops the list for the worst! Do not trust them! They lie! They are not willing to own up to it even though I have hardcore evidence. Go anywhere but here!

Don’t buy here!

I bought a car from here less than a year ago. It’s costing me a few more thousand for repairs. Apparently the oil cooler is bad and leaking oil into the coolant system. The windshield washer sprayer doesn’t work, bad motor, the defroster doesn’t work. I would never recommend buying a car from here!!! I even purchased the extra warranty they were selling and it doesn’t cover any of this.

Happy with my SUV

We had been to two dealerships and had a good idea of our options. I wanted a truck but was considering an SUV. I told them $8 was my limit on an SUV, but could go higher on a truck. They brought out a $12+ SUV. It was so nice that I felt it worth the difference. Our salesman, Jack, worked with us, answering our questions and giving us time to talk it over. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm very happy with the vehicle so far. Everyone else was also very friendly. I can recommend Sign It Drive It in Denton

Sales person provided me with a quote via email as I requested, although I got the distinct feeling he was reluctant to do so. He used the full listing price on the quote. There was a "government fee" line item on the quote and even though I have requested a clarification and break down of that the fee (it was not TTYL), the sales person has not responded to provide me with that info

Thank you for review about your most recent interaction with Sign it drive it. We do apologize, the sales person did not fully break down the Texas Government fees and Taxes. All our pricing on our vehicles are as is pricing, un like most dealers. The price you see is what you pay. We have no hidden fees on our pricing and no control of any state tax or title fees. Texas tax rate for auto purchase on any vehicle is 6.25% of the purchase price of any vehicle, your additional fees are roughly $331.00 give or take a few dollars depending the weight of the vehicle. In those $331.00 usually include your plates, registration, title paperwork, temporary paper plates, documentation fee and state inspection fee to the state.
