Went in to look at a new lease on a SUV. I made an appointment with Phil before arriving and it's one of a few times I had a good experience at a dealership. Phil was very honest and didn't pressure us making us think that we had to make this deal now or we lose out. He was patient and addressed every concern we had and tried his hardest to accommodate us in every way. Unfortunately, we did not leave purchasing or leasing anything because, despite the great deals offered, this just wasn't the best time for us with our given situation. I would definitely return to this dealer and go through Phil when I'm ready in the future.

Walked in just to look around and ended up leaving with a beautiful truck. My salesman Phil answered every question I had and was honest from the start. It was a great shopping experience. Thank you Phil ! I love my new Terrain :)

Fixed one wheel sensor & then told me another was bad too AFTER giving me the bill. Charged full for two lock repairs but fixed one.

I had my eye on pre-owned Buick LaCrosses for the past 2 months. I had a Honda that I adored but I had a bad loan due to some personal circumstances. My bank encouraged me to upgrade my vehicle. On a recommendation , I went to Malouf Buck GMC. Phil greeted me and let me play with a beautiful 2015 Lacrosse just off of a lease. We went inside, I saw his last name and immediately recognized he was a former classmate. From that moment on, he was easy on me and educated me about the financing options. I was nervous because I just rebuilt my credit and wasn't looking to drag it down with a lot of needless inquiries. Phil and TJ both from my home town, took care of every detail and answered every question. Needless to say, I went ahead with the deal they offered, traded in my beautiful CR-V for the LaCosse. I pick it up on 6/4. Excited is putting it mildly!!

When I was stuck in a pinch, without a vehicle, Phil and Jay came to the rescue. I sent him all my info and Him and Jay worked their magic. They were in constant contact during the day with status updates on the finance of my truck. My new truck was all set and ready to go when we got there after work. Phil made sure he went over all the in’s and out’s of the vehicle, making sure we had everything we were looking for in a Truck and answered all our questions. My husband and I are very grateful for the quick and thorough service.

Tito was very patient and worked hard to get me the best price. He took the time to explain all the bells and whistles, which was much appreciated.

This is the second time I have leased a car from Malouf and both experiences have been great. Phil has been a pleasure to work with both times. I never feel like they are trying to hide the price from me like other dealers do and I appreciate being able to get good quotes from Phil over the phone or via email. In fact I have referred at least 3 or 4 people to Phil because I trust he will take care of people I am close with.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership. We have just leased our second vehicle through them and they obviously strive for customer satisfaction- both of our sales people- Phil and Tito- were knowledgeable and down to earth. We never felt pressured or like we were being "sold" something. Nothing better as far as we're concerned for a car buying experience.
