My Service manager was George. George provided outstanding service. The dealer Malouf sent a loaner car to my house and we exchanged the loaner and my Lincoln Navigator. My Lincoln was serviced and returned to my home the next morning. It was inconvenient for me to exchange the loaner at the end of the day. Malouf accomodated me and made the exchange the next morning. I am very pleased with my service from Malouf
