Had loaner while vehicle servicing, good overall

Had loaner while vehicle servicing, good overall experience. They kept me informed of progress for about ten days during repair. Service adviser was courteous and cordial, all noted problems were corrected.

Mr. Toth is without question the worst possible choice

Mr. Toth is without question the worst possible choice this dealership ever made! He does not know how to speak to customers and has can not give an honest answer to a question. He yelled at me and my wife in the showroom because after getting frustrated because he couldn’t give honest answers to two simple questions. Not to mention at the end without telling us they charged 149.00 for the window etching gimmick. This shows the lack of integrity of this dealership and its used car department. Our saleswoman and the finance manager are not to be trusted either.

Clean, Modern service area, Welcoming, Clear on process

Clean, Modern service area, Welcoming, Clear on process for car purchasing, Minimal/no hassle with haggling. Worked hard to get me best interest rate. Test drive could be a bit longer and interior detailing was below average ... purchased a Cert Pre-owned and there was dirt and some scuff marks that I cleaned off myself. Overall very positive and will/would recommend.

George was easy and pleasant to work with.

George was easy and pleasant to work with. Told me up front what my car needed and worked with me to take care of the issues I brought to his attention. I live a half hour away from the dealership so the valet process was a God send. My car was picked up and dropped off to me; it couldn't have been more convenient.
