Bait & Switch or Incompetence? Unacceptable, especially after a 1+ hour travel to the dealership. Looking to purchase a ~ $60k truck. Confirmed 2 times with the person I was emailing/texting to make sure the truck was IN STOCK and AVAILABLE on site. Guess what - they don't even have the truck incoming! I was told the following "As of now yes, the Tacoma you inquired on is still available" and "They will have a specialist and the vehicle ready for you upon arrival." Unbelievable (actually, very believable.. unfortunately).

Parts are defective and service is a scam!
Parts are defective and service is a scam! They sold me parts that are defective and they claim no warranty. When they sold me the parts they said it came with 1 year warranty. Just afer 3 days the part had failed!

BE CAREFUL. SCAMMERS
Guys be very careful with this place! They are very very professional at first until they get your money. Then suddenly, they stop answering your calls and texts and ignore you before the paperwork is submitted. I bought a car from Jeudi Marte two months ago, it should have been ready by now and I need it for work (since I am a driver). He kept guaranteeing me before I paid that it will be ready immediately, and so I sold my old car with his assurance. Two months have passed and I haven’t been able to work. I haven’t been able to feed my family. My 15 year old son, a high school student, is working right now to support us rather than focusing on his studies. My wife is stressing looking for a job. I am running around back and forth trying to get a resolution for this situation but they are ignoring me. Not only that, but when I tried to talk to his managers they give me attitude and say it’s not their problem. I am very stressed because I paid almost 70 thousand for this and now that two months have passed it’s more loss. I hope no one else has to go through what I am going through.

Poor service and experience
Absolutely terrible. There isn't anything tricky about buying a used car if the selling team has competence, integrity, and professionalism. At least two of these are missing. I worked with Josh Fyffe as a sales rep and Kevin Primus as a sales manager as multiple issues came up. Kevin was helpful in resolving a prior issue. Will revise review if he solves another, larger issue that has come up.

Honest and terrific . Can't recommend Toyota of Manhattan highly enough. Our salesperson Kevin Korb is second to none. It is such a relief and pleasure to buy a car from a trustworthy, no-nonsense car dealership! I was given a price for my new Camry within minutes that was the lowest of any quote anywhere-- no games, no fuss, no tricks, just one goal: to make me a devoted life-time customer, which I now am. Thanks also to manager Greg Rojack who makes everyone who walks through the door feel like family.
