I have posted a review in the past to no response. I bought a car from Audi of Manhattan about 5 months ago making sure they have loaners for service and explained my reluctance to buy a car from them because of the service department. They assured me they had re-vamped the department and that that customer service was much improved. no reason for me to go to Englewood. Salesman, who since has passed away, convinced me and I got the A6. Something in the dashboard is rattling so I called in for service and the experience, once again, was horrible. A receptionist answers the phone and will not transfer you to your advisor. She gives you a couple of options 3 weeks away to bring the car in; you can make the appointment over the phone but you have to go in person to get in the "waiting list" for a loaner that is not guaranteed. So if you don't go in person to reserve the loaner is not guaranteed. So, when you show up for your appointment, even though you went in person to make the reservation that is not guaranteed to get you a loaner, you may or may not get one. I called Englewood and got an appointment 3 days away, with a loaner. Audi of Manhattan doesn't care. Not at all.

Do Not Buy From This Dealership
We put down a deposit of $1000 on a new vehicle and were assured it was refundable if we did not make the purchase. We did not make the purchase and not only has the dealership refused to return the deposit, we got the runaround every single time we called. Each time they told us someone would get back to us that day, but after several days of no return phone calls it was clear they had no intention of returning our money.

Service department communication
This is my 3 automobile with Audi. I’m the past years the Staff and crew Could not have been more friendly. Service department evening receptionist is just awful. What happened to Quality with Audi??.

3200.00 Bill of sale/Sticker price overcharge!
First time lease and the transaction started out favorable and before the ink dried it went south. Watch the price your actually being charged on your Bill of sales.. was charged 3200.00 over sticker price for my lease. Once I inquired, my sales representatives Levani Zazadze no longer answered my calls/text as quickly as prior to me signing (No need his money was in the bag). I made it my business to return to the dealership to get clarity and was met with the explanation of a shipping fee and availability charge. They needed to purchase my car from a dealership in New Jersey and have it delivered at a 3200.00 Fee!.. I could/would have picked it up myself. But ok.. if that was indeed the case.. how about communicating that to your customer and allowing me the option of getting a different in stock color or simply agreeing to the charges. BEYOND aggravated with this transaction.. BE WARE THEY DONT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST IN MIND!.. Shop at your own risk and do your research prior to signing.. When they give you your VIN # Search it online and get the price listed on your sticker or do business else where. Everything is ok until it's NOT!.. I have an issue with the information that was given to me regarding this transaction. I was overly trusting of my sales representative Levani.. He does do an excellent job of selling you a vehicle. However its more than just making the sale. He would have made the sale even with the added charges potentially. It's about the relationship you build when your customer is satisfied from beginning to the end and BEYOND. My transaction is hopefully an isolated incident.. ( I doubt it very seriously. I cannot be the only one check your bill of sale in comparison to your sticker price), However Caveat Emptor. You should never trust anyone when it comes to making the best informed decision when making a major purchase.. I fell short in my due diligence of vetting the dealership and the sales rep. And I have 42 months to pay for my short coming.
