    Bought a car from out of state. Told everything worked. Picked up the car in the morning to drive home. Told at that time airbag light was on. Dealership... advertising 3 months 3000 mile warranty. But of course it didn’t apply to my purchase. Raining hard for the drive home. Had to stop to get new wipers. Cruise control didn’t work. Took a while to get out of rain. Brakes vibrate under braking. Needs Wheel bearings, Convertible top broke after 2nd time using. Missing rear seat belts, A/C does not blow cold air. Heat stays on. Faulty wiring, speaker wiring used to power engine computer. I contacted the dealership after getting a $5000 quote to fix these items and they blew me off. My fault for buying an older car. They will not contribute 1 penny. Nice people but they do not stand behind their cars. Not 1 bit.

    We were in the market for a used Range Rover and had some pretty terrible experiences with other dealerships. It was so refreshing to find Martin Motors... and work with Adam. We live over 3 hrs from Martin, TN and Adam even came and meet us with the car. This is a dealership with awesome integrity. Wonderful experience!! We will use Martin Motors from now on!

    I found this car on cars.com after having been looking for a good deal on not only a Honda Accord Touring, but also on my trade-in. This dealership was... super easy to work with and completely transparent from the very beginning. There was little to no haggling over prices, and the whole process was a breeze (which is not what I was expecting after my experiences with other dealerships). I live about 400 miles from this dealership but all of the paperwork was completed via email/text (which was super convenient for me). The dealership even agreed to meet me half-way at the location of my choosing with all of the paperwork ready to go. I signed a few places and that was it. And the car, of course, was spectacular. Jeremy Wilson (the salesman) has since stayed in touch with me just to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Wonderful customer service and a great example of a business that truly puts the customer FIRST! Couldn't recommend this dealership more.

    Small place but don't let that fool you. They have top quality autos, all you financing needs and experienced personal to handle it all. I drove three... hours for a silverado they had. Sent pictures and info on my trade via email and got a great deal upfront. No haggling back and forth. Great experience!
