Successful visit

Even though the process was very lengthy, it was all worth the wait & effort put forth from the employees at Taylor Kia of Lima. Thanks to their team, I was able to have my first new vehicle. Thank You Taylor Kia!

Buyer beware

We bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey. I did not hear any noises during the test drive and we bought the van. After driving the van a couple days , we heard a noise coming from the front end. We took van to mechanic and it was a bad strut. I did contact Taylor Kia iof Lima and they told me that I bought the van as is. I was fine with this since I bought a warranty with the van. If purchasing a vehicle from them just know they will not repair the vehicle or refund the money for your deductible. In my opinion this bad customer service and would not purchase another vehicle from them.

Recall Service is a Joke

I took my Kia in for 6 recalls, one of which was for tire pressure. Sensor and because two of the four was missing they would not fix. This is horrible, they had to replace them all anyway but they found a way out...what a joke!!!

Chevy cruise 2014

Worst customer service after we purchased the car. We had a check engine light come on brought the car up to have it checked they cleared the codes set an appt for two days later and then told me they couldn't do anything bc they don't no what is wrong bc there was no code. I have had this car 3 weeks and have taken it up there almost everyday and even left it there for a week go back today and still they have not looked at it they claimed I never made an appt to have it looked at but yet they let it sit out in the parking lot and ran me in circles when I go up there. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE A CAR FROM THE LIMA OHIO TAYLOR KIA DEALER SHIP ?? o and they never called me back but did tell me they received all my voice mails

Very disappointed

I took my Kia in for 6 recalls, one of the recalls were for tire pressure sensor replacement. Apparently two of the sensors were missing so Taylor Kia refused to replace them, I cannot believe these people. I would never purchase a new Kia after this experience.

I was impressed. I really wasn't car shopping

I really had no intention of buying a new car until I met with Elizabeth. She made the process easy, She listened to what I wanted and came up with the perfect deal. She did every thing she could to make the experience easy and enjoyable and I felt no "pressure"" to make a commitment and as a result I ended up with a new car and a reasonable trade value for my old one. This was a great day.

We just bought a new Kia from @jasonwright

We just purchased our brand new Kia forte at Taylor Kia in Lima our dealer @JasonWright was awesome. Couldn't ask for better customer service. We were very pleased with our experience there and would recommend anyone to go there for their new car.
