I am very Happy with the work done on my car( Routine

I am very Happy with the work done on my car( Routine maintainence). The service rep Richard Tran dropped the ball however. He gave me an estimated time of about and 1.5hours or " before 12:00. At about 12:20 I went to the service desk to ask and the guy there said "oh yeah, you're done...I guess Rick is on lunch" My paperwork apparently just sat there. I'm glad I asked before Rick got back from lunch because no one told me I was done. I had no texts, no updates.

My experience with the service department is always top notch. A satisfied customer of over 10 years. A call-out to my service provider Ian for making me feel like a priority even when faced with my personal demands and validating my concerns throughout the 48 hour process.
