Auto Outlet of Sarasota

Recently bought a challenger from Auto Outlet of Sarasota and when I first got it I had to put new spark plugs, coils, fuel pump, brakes, cv axils, lights, and I also had to super glue the dash because it was torn. That tells you how lazy and how much they don’t care. They could have easily super glued the dash ATLEAST!!! I asked about a trade in because I can’t afford to keep paying out of my pocket for these repairs and they said I would have to put another down payment and the payments I’ve made on this vehicle wouldn’t even give me some type of a discount or credit for a new one. Every month it’s something new with this car and the car lot doesn’t care one bit! My car broke down 5 days ago so I called the car lot at 9:00 am and I explained to them what was wrong with it and Luca said he would call his tow truck and it has yet to pick up my vehicle. These people are greedy and only care about their money that they’re taking from you!! I will never ever ever ever do business or recommend a friend, family member, or even an enemy to this knock off dealership.

Sales person was friendly and educated about the vehicle. Facility was clean and apprence was excellent. I am please about the vehicle in regards to looks and safety features,

I met Sam a couple years ago when my brother bought a car and we were both unhappy with the whole thing but my husband and I went to the new car lot and dealt with Ronnie now we are definitely going to give them a second chance! The attitude at that business has changed and Sam has some really nice cars with good prices. If your like me and had a bad experience before but know you need to get a car with bad credit stop by the new store and check it out, you'll probably be suprised at the difference!
