The day I went to traide in my Ford Edge too purchase another car they was telling me that my insurance would go down and that the property taxes would not be high that’s a xxxx lie my property taxes is higher than the car payment and that’s 460 and property 651 never again I’m so mad they will do anything just to get a xxxxing sell

I came to Briggs because they were advertised everywhere but I wasn't sure what to expect. Tim, the salesman who helped me, was excellent! He didn't try to push anything on me and genuinely cared about what I was looking for. Everyone was very friendly. The car we were looking at was at a different location, and they brought it to the lot for us. They had the keys ready for us to take the vehicle for a test drive when we arrived. There was no pressure to buy. We have been looking for awhile, and this was definitely one of the best experiences we have had.

As a girl whos husband is deployed, buying a car didnt thrill me! Sean was amazing! Got me into a great car at my price range. He listened to my needs. Didn't flinch when I said I wanted my stepdaughter to look at the car! I loved that the finance guy was a Briggs. Even enjoyed when I went back two days later, everyone remembered who I was! It truly felt like family there.

And the entire buying was simple, efficient, and fast. I was even picked up at my home to look at vehicles. Eventually there was a vehicle I really liked and I made a purchase.
