WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE!!! BOUGHT 2016 CHRYSLER 200 CAR TURNED OUT TO BE A LEMON CAR STILL IN SHOP! BEEN 2 WEEKS WITH NO UPDATES! Had to take legal action to get a response! MARIA(phones( AND ED (owner) (Luis) mechanic (SHOULD TAKE CLASSES ON BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIRE CERTIFIED MECHANICS!!! PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

I got totally scammed by Ed! All of my payments were being zelled to his personal account and he claims he never received my money! He then sent a tow truck out to take my vehicle! I returned the car at dealership!

My son went in and needed a good dependable car for work. He is just starting out with job and coming out of a lot of financial hardship. They worked with him and helped with his payment plan. They helped him get into the financing that will hopefully be best for him. It helps when times are hard when people work with you.

Didn’t see car until I added insurance, test drove it on my way home after I was told to sign contract. They don’t pay referrals.

In 2015 I went into Go Auto for the 1st time. Met with Ed, and he handled everything for me. I told him that I need a late model passenger van that I could travel back and forth up north with during the winter months. Ed found it, called me up, and I purchased the Van. The buying and qualifying process was effortless. Ed made sure that everything went smooth. There was never any pressure to purchase, unlike most dealerships. A week after my purchase and after a long trip up North and back, we had transmission problems with the Van. I had it towed back to Go Auto for service. Ed replaced the Transmission, added a Cooler on the radiator - All free of charge! I am writing this review because I am back at Ed's now buying a car for my son. I tell all my friends to go see Ed, and I would recommend Go Auto to every buyer out there. On another note, some one vandalized my van the other day, and broke one of the side windows, and its now back at Ed's getting replaced, and serviced to go back on the road. This is how much Ed cares about his customers! Try to find this kind of customer service at another dealership! You gotta love this guy!
