I recently was in need of a hybrid and I had my heart set on a color/mileage as well. I found the perfect color with the right mileage. The price was good and the car was in nearly perfect shape, especially for a 2012! I was helped by May and she was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We were able to get in and out in a timely manner. The finance team was quick as well. I strongly recommend this dealership, we drove from Modesto and it was well worth the experience.

I went to this dealership looking for a BMW in my price range.They pulled one from the back before it was ready to go on the lot,so that day I worked with Andrew to see if I could get approved! I did not get approved with my credit history and what I was able to make a down payment with ! I left went home and my phone was ringing as I walked in the door.Didnt look at my phone till after dinner .Then after putting BMW behind me , I have a txt from Andrew "You got Approved!" He still worked on it after I left,I thought it was over and was ready to continue my car search! The next day Andrew and his finance Mgr worked so hard getting me financed with my original down pmt ,discounted car without me asking,they went above and beyond ! No dealership has ever put this kind of effort to make somethong work for me.This is the most awesome experience I have ever had purchasing a car. He even had an ins guy he works with and took care of getting my insurance in place! Can't say enough good things about Andrew and his service manager. I highly recommend Auto Star and Andrew, the finance manager. They really deserve more than the 5 stars you can give them! What a great place so glad I stopped to look!!

Came on 12/22/16 to get a car. Searched around with a lot of option & good customer service. For a minute seemed like there was no hope in getting a car but they did all they could to make sure I was able to get my Hyundai! I give them a thumbs up for there hard work. I'm mobile and good for my job.

even to I don't have great credit they gived me a chance to build my credit and especially low payments first time buyer I I'm and totally left happy

I went to this dealership because they were the only place that had the BMW that i wanted. I came here and it was in a great condition and I decided to go with it. The staff was really friendly and not pushy at all. I was able to get financing even though I had challenged credit. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family!
