I was very disappointed with the lack of customer

I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I was interested in looking at a couple SUVs. I waited for someone to assist me, but instead was ignored. No one even acknowledged my presence. Your staff appeared to be new and seemed to have no knowledge of your inventory.

Sold a damaged car

Tony sold me a car with front end damage that was poorly fixed. I couldn't tell when i bought it, and a week after i realized the damage, I contacted the store and was told there was nothing they can do about it.

Don't shop here

Terrible customer service. I was shouted at, hung up on, my emails were not answered and the manager even refused to talk with me. Do not stop here.

avoid this place

You wrote a review for Hertz Car Sales Clearwater 2 minutes ago 1.0 star rating6/8/2020 I would not trust anything these salesmen tell you. Made a special trip in bad weather to look at a car that they stated was available only to be told when we got there, just when they opened that the car was sold.. Then we get a call the next day telling us that in fact the car was now available again. Well either it's sold or not.. I'm not sure what kind of a game they are playing but I can see one reason this place is going out of business. Everything happens for a reason and we bought a much better car somewhere else. I would avoid this place

2018 Toyota Sienna purchase

One of the best buying experiences that i have ever had. No surprises, no hidden fees and no hassle. I would highly recommend Bobby if you are buying a vehicle from this dealership. He promptly responded to all my text messages and followed up on all my phone calls. He even sent me numerous pics of the vehicles that i was interested in and had a OTD price figured up before i even showed up which never changed. The whole buying process was a breeze.

Inventory

Called ahead to see if they had the car I was looking for. Tony said there were two for me to look at. Drove 40 minutes to be told sorry one wasn't there yet and the other wouldn't be back until Monday. I would go elsewhere .
