The worse car experience EVER my husband and I purchase a truck; after only 2 weeks we had to take it to a shop and was told someone cut the dipstick plus... it was faulty wiring on the truck haven’t even reached 45 days
I bought a 2013 truck 3 weeks ago. There was during the covid 19 stay at home order. There was no pressure to buy. Truck had one issue, 3 broke manifold... bolts. Given the serious of the issue I took upon myself to fix it to ensure that it would be done correctly. The truck also came with a 90day drivetrain warranty. The truck is clean and runs great. I got a super deal on truck so I didnt mind paying for the repairs. After visiting the dealerships in the neighborhood I found this one to hv better customer service and prices. They hv a great selection of vehicles to choose from. I highly reccomend this highly ship if your thking about buying a used car.
Awesome prices. Customer service was great. Totally recommend this place.
I purchased a full price work truck from this dealership two months ago. The day after purchase the brakes went out on truck and several warning lights... came on. I brought it back to the Cars and Class Motors for them to repair as I felt that these were significant safety issues not falling under their "as-is" umbrella policy. They took the truck back and claimed that they bled the brakes and replaced several cells in the hybrid battery. after two months of the issues persisting and going back and forth to the Cars and Class Motors it was brought to a local mechanic to replace the ABS module to finally repair the brakes. Cars and Class provided a module that was installed and deemed to be used and bad after the install. Over the process of the mechanic attempting to repair the problem many other subsequent issues were discovered, including the front calipers being too rusted to allow proper bleeding of the hydraulic brake system. Cars and Class lied about having previously bled the brake system. After discovering that only a GM dealer would have the resources to repair the core issues and make this truck safe to drive Cars and Class Motors told me that they've done everything they can do and would have nothing more to do with me or the truck. I believe that Cars and Class Motors cleared codes on this vehicle to make a quick and overpriced sale. I am now in the hole of paying exorbitant repair costs on top of the almost $12k I initially paid for this truck. Stay away from this lying and cheating dealership.
A wonderful car buying experience for my daughter. Her first car.. Great friendly personnel. No aggresive sales techniques. The whole process so quick... and easy. I would hight recommend this service.
Low pressure, easy to test drive the cars we wanted, lots of inventory even for a small lot. Serviced the oil before allowing the sold car off the lot.... They were up front about car history and completely understood when that history caused a particular vehicle to be passed over.
I went to this dealership after checking about 4 others. Online they had the best deals on Hyundai Elantras, which was the type of car I was interested... in. They greeted me and let me browse their selection without hassle. After choosing a car, they let me test drive and have the car inspected. When it came to actually buying the car it was quick and efficient. I knew that I was going past their normal work hours bit they never mentioned it or tried to usher me out. The only downside was that the car had four almost dead tires. I was able to get two new tires, but will pretty much have to buy the other two tires in a month.
I just purchased a car from this dealer a couple of weeks ago their dealer fee was the cheapest ive seen so far I took the vehicle to a mechanic everything... checked out fine and the price was the best in the area so i know i got a great deal not really sure why a lot of ppl are complaning about if you get to take the car to get checked out ? but definately recommend this dealer and will def return for another car when the time comes which is around the corner.
Thank you to Jacob and the entire staff at Cars & Class Motors! I am very happy with my Honda Civic and with my total experience at the dealership. I was... very nervous making my first big purchase on my own, but Jacob was a tremendous help and worked with me every step of the way. He made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and was very patient and pleasant the entire time. Keep up the great work. I will definitely recommend Atlantic Honda to my family and friends.
After buying my car, I called back because there was a bad vibration in the front when driving on the interstate, something that I told him about before... purchasing the car. After taking the car back because of these issues Jacob said the car was repaired and ready to go. This was a lie. I had to spend $475.00 for the tire sensors to be replace on the tires, $100.00 for a new wheel( one on the car was bent) that is why it kept vibrating. Also I had to have a key made because the key that they gave me fell apart in my hand at the gas station and the car would not start. That was a cost of $150.00. My commute to and from work every day is 100 miles or more, I need a car I can depend on. With this being said I am very disappointed in the dealership. I will not recommend to anyone. I really feel like I have purchased a lemon. It is sad that you all would sell a car knowing that there were issues with it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!
