There is nothing more frustrating than buying a used car, but at Top Choice it was far from frustrating. The owner who helped us was patient and showed us a few different cars that we were interested in. He wasn't pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable. We had a little concern after purchase where by law he didn't have to entertain since the car was over 100k mile but he did and took care of it. It was nothing major but he did the right thing. It was an overall pleasurable experience and my son is in love with his car!

I searched for a SUV for 3 weeks. After a lot of research and driving around looking I found Top Choice Auto. The owner Shawn, is a good man and he cares about the customer. I checked out 6 possible choices on his lot that I was interested in. He was very patient and explained each vehicle's options. I wound up coming back 3 times as I was deciding which SUV I was going to purchase. Rick, Shawn's employee was a pleasure as well as he helped me decide my best choice. When I made my decision and told Shawn which SUV I wanted to go with, he sent it to his mechanic and even went the extra mile to give me a fresh oil change before we went to contract. Definitely a top choice for anyone looking for a quality pre owned vehicle. I will tell my family and friends to go check this place out before they buy their next automobile. A++ highly recommended. I bought my 08 Ford Fusion from top choice auto a few months ago and the car runs great. Ronnie gave me a great deal. I wasn't looking for a high end car and what I got was a good car for a great price. No hassles no problems. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Buying a car from Sean was simple. He made the entire process easy. After we agreed on the price, he added an automatic car starter at no cost. I have bought 6 cars and this was my best car buying experience.

I was a bit skeptical at first bc it's a small lot but I purchased a car for my son and it couldn't have been a more pleasant, calm experience. Shawn was so helpful and laid back. Not pushy. I actually got anxious bc everything was going so smoothly. In the end I worried for nothing. They took care of everything, paperwork, DMV, plates, registration etc. excellent. My mechanic said car is absolutely perfect!

My first car hunting experience was very stressful. We have been looking around Long Island for about a few days. We have experienced a lot of terrible treatment and salesman kept asking me to buy a more expensive or a brand new car even if I have a specific budget. We have been to numerous car dealers and got no luck. When I saw the Nissan Sentra 2012 that was offered by Top/Rite Choice, I wasn't expecting anything. I fell in love with the car at first sight. It was in a perfect condition. It was below market price and Ronnie gave me a very good deal. He considered my budget and didn't force me to do financing. It was the easiest and most straight forward deal I've had. He is honest and was very nice. He wanted me to be very happy with our deal and he entertained every question and concern I had with the car. And oh! They do not have any hidden fee at all! My car drives like a brand new car. I am beyond happy.

I called them about a car I found in cars.com, left a message and sent email, but nobody ever called or replied to my email. Ended up buying a certified car at a car dealership, and I was treated respectfully.
