The dealership is very clean, and modern. The advisors respond to calls promptly and appointments are available quickly. The repairs have always been done correctly and the car is returned clean and running great. I would recommend this dealership for both routine maintenance and repairs.

We are from out of state. We found the car we wanted on the internet. Naples Infiniti did everything they could to make the purchase as easy as possible. They communicated with us very well throughout the process. Our sales person,Gabe Barger, was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and communicated very well. He was definitely someone we would buy from again.

Infiniti's have been our cars of choice for many years starting in Novi Michigan. We are here in Florida buying a new QX55 from Justin. He was able to provide a new car off the lot. He did a great job of providing information on the vehicle. He even came to our home to address an issue. The dealership itself is great. Service is always good & complete. We are happy to continue with Naples Infiniti.

awful experience on more than 1 occasion!! Service manager Mike is rude.... service dep unorganized.... " Ill have your service advisor call you right back " several days in a row, come to find out he was on vacation, that's why he was not returning my calls to get status of my car.... dealership oblivious to when employees are there I guess.... rude about not having "recommended" work done when car in for warranty work.... sorry but your prices are very inflated and not everyone in Naples can afford those prices and its not appreciated when we are belittled

Our experience began with Anthony Latino keeping us posted when the car we were interested was available. He always let us know when a car came in whether it was the exact one we wanted or not but wanted to let us know we weren't forgotten. He was always very polite and informative. One day we decided to drop into the dealership Anthony was with another customer that's when we met Gabe Barger. He ultimately helped us with our purchase of our 2022 QX60. We were thrilled to hear that a vehicle with our specifications was coming in that week. That was our car! We made a deal with Gabe and Scott Rollins the Manager. We were thrilled. Everyone involved was just wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. We got the car and it is beautiful. Even after the purchase when we came in for a courtesy car wash and ran into Anthony again he told us if there was anything he could do for us he was always there. We were also told that by Gabe. It's a wonderful dealership with kind helpful employees and it also happens to be a beautiful spotless dealership with a wonderful service department! They are lucky to have two young men like Anthony and Gabe work for them!!
