    I own a 2003 DeVille. My Check Charging System Light came on. I left my car overnight because they were extremely busy. It turned out that two electronic... switches needed to be replaced. One switch was put on back order because it was not in stock. I needed my car for a trip out of state. Curtis went above and beyond as he found the switch and I had my car back to make my trip.     will be released SOON ZERO empathy, there's who employees lack communication and, skill set is very minimal. The GM PUSHED ME..., CURSING profanity... because they wanted to charge me 250 to fill the Tank. but I politely declined and said il go fill it. OR PAY Normal gas price. THE GM SAYS YOUR NOT GETTING anything from the car UNTIL THE 250 is paid. The GM HIDES the car n ALL MY STUFF in THEIR shop..... I was peaking to see where they went, The GM then starts YELLING YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR BAG .., The GM BUMPING CHESTS PUSHING ME BACK. starts coming close to me that's when i STARTED RECORDING a video! and YOU WILL SEE HIM PUSHING and of course yelling non sense. My bag full OF EXTREMELY sensitive things. My PQSSPORT, MONEY, MEDICATION my CREDIT CARDS And VALUABLE INFORMATION. They REFUSED to let me take it or go fill it and made me pay the 250. Being a non confrontational person I knew i was RIGHT but anytime anything happens at a business they can say anything to the POLICE if they want to say just get him off the property. HORRIBLE PEOPE i will be back.. and try to invest that 250 because your gonna need it. ‍ ‍

    Chandler Cadillac always strives to provide excellent customer service to all customers including the program with our 24 hour test drive program. Un...fortunately, because the vehicle was still not returned 72 hours later, the dealership had to get the vehicle. Because of stickers applied to the vehicle, empty fuel, heavy smoke in the vehicle and items of a sensitive nature being left in the vehicle, there were charges in order to make the vehicle right.     I saw a car listed on carfax, as I was out of state, I was interested and the price was good. I called and talked with Pete. He was helpful, said there... were no dents, etc., even took a few pictures. When I had a friend go look at it, however, he took a picture of the car with a baseball size dent in it. When both my husband and I both asked Pete again if there was a dent, he said "no." I then asked for the manager and was transferred to Lee. He was more helpful, but later found out he was not the manager. I was told there were two fobs for the car. My friend said that one of them was not working. I was told by Lee and Justin that it was a dead battery which they didn't carry there but they were sure it was fine. Long story short, I bought the car after making sure they fixed the dent that they said wasn't there. I took the fob into a Lexus dealer upon receiving the car and they told me kindly that the fob did not match the car at all, but was likely pre 2011 as it was an am and the 2015 lexus is an fm. He said there is no way a dealership would not have known this. It would be a $350 dollar fix. Long story short, I bought the car, knowing at the beginning they weren't really honest. I like the car, but the blatant dishonesty for a sale is frustrating. Had I not known someone in Chandler who could look at the car for me, they would have likely sold me a car that needed a new windshield, had a dent, needed new breaks, was out of allignment, ect., and not batted an eye. Frustrating. We called Andy at the shop and he said there was nothing he could do.

    I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some... tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.

    I went into the dealership because my air conditioner stopped working. I was told a top mechanic would be serving my vehicle. I then was told the whole... system needed to be replaced for 5 to 6 thousand dollars. So I left and me and my husband (along with youtube) went to work. Turns out someone switched my fuse to the air for a much smaller amp and a bare wire was hitting my oil pan shorting out my system turns out the very expensive mechanic was wrong. Not sure if it was done on purpose but you think that they would have caught this I surely did. $2.50 fuse wow big savings for me.
