My XT5 warning lights went on .

My XT5 warning lights went on .It was right before July 4th Paul got me in when I was told there were no open appts. until the week after the 4th. They ran some test and found out my battery was about to die. Still under warranty the replaced it for free. Thanks again Paul.

We have purchased 5 vehicles from the GM dealer in Carson

We have purchased 5 vehicles from the GM dealer in Carson City Nevada. Service never a good experience. We purchase a Cadillac here in AZ and the service is always fantastic, always a great experience. I would recommend Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac to everyone. It just might be worth the 12 hour drive for exceptional service.

Purchasing our new 2025 Cadillac XT5 at Earnhardt was an easy and pleasant experience. Owen, our sales representative, understood what we were looking for, used his knowledge of their inventory to match us with the perfect vehicle and then negotiated a great price for us. We had planned on visiting four other dealerships to look at SUV’s before making our decision but after Owen did such a fantastic job, we were one and done! Thank you!

When I brought our XT5 in for regular servicing and

When I brought our XT5 in for regular servicing and described a problem Paul knew immediately what the cause was even though it wasn't evident from the car's behavior. He then prepared me for what will need to be done on the next visit. He always delivers excellent service and I'm glad he's our service advisor.

Paul is very knowledgeable!

Paul is very knowledgeable! He knew exactly what was wrong with our Cadillac XT4. He also was very knowledgeable and explained how we could be covered for the next 6 years with the extended warranty that is offered at Cadillac. Now that we purchased the extended warranty we feel so much better knowing we are covered for 6 years! He is so awesome!

Working with the sales professional Owen Dirks, Finance Manager Terry Schaier and sales manager John (forgot his last name) was an absolute pleasure. They made me feel at ease during the entire negotiating process and gave me what I believe to be a reasonable price on my 2014 Corvette Stingray.
