Do not buy a used vehicle from here without using your own mechanic to completely go through the vehicle! Kunes bought my 2020 Yukon back due to it's condition & now is putting back on the lot a week later. Here is a list of things that I know is wrong with the vehicle: 1. Missing front mud guard 2. Evidence of scraping along the bottom of the vehicle on cross members. 4. The noise coming from back passenger. Shield is not attached by much. 5. Lower passenger rear shock mount twisted (if you look down the rail you can see that it runs straight just before the yellow pad. 6. On the passenger side you can see how it is bent just before the pad. 7. Left rear shock leaking 8. Right rear shock leaking. 9. Control arm dented and has a flat spot 10. Bushing looks like it may be damaged causing noise from front right 11. Cross member is bent. Check your VIN at Bidfax.info before buy!

Salesperson was new, so not a lot of knowledge. She tried though! Finance person, John was awesome! He actually directed us to two campers we might interested in first. Sales was busy! Only biggest issue was we ordered two vent covers, which Kunes was to install. We reminded twice before they delivered the camper. Not installed.?? Had to call three more times, they finally came out and installed them. There was a long black mark on the ceiling of the slide that they were going to take care from the inspection. They didn?t??. We got a great deal, but customer service was not good. Always had to leave messages and no one called back.

I called them at 6:30 PM to inquire about specific vehicle, they told me the car is available so I told them I will head there and should be there at 7:15 as I leave 40 miles away. So they scheduled “VIP-appointment for me”, I arrived there and after talking to assigned sales person he informed me that vehicle was sold. I asked to talk to manager Bill, and I told him that I called in 45 minutes earlier to confirm vehicle is available, he said the vehicle was sold “he believed yesterday” but they didn’t take it off their site. He also said they are trying to get people in the store so if vehicle is sold they can try to sell them something else. Such a shady business, they don’t respect other people time. Don’t go there and waste your time. At the end of the day I don’t think they even had vehicle I inquired about, they just posted so people will come there!!! Scammers big time.

Salesman Contacted me via Telephone. He was Courteous and Helpful. He told me the information I Needed to know. I think he understood my Point of View. I Would Rate Him as a Very Good Salesperson. What Else can i Say About Him?
