Went there to buy a car with my horrible credit and came out with a 2019 Chevy Impala. Can’t believe it. This people are amazing

The Veloster listed, doesnt exist. Had appointment to see it and went to dealer and car was suddenly at service and all they wanted to was offer me other cars. Was then told that they wold bring car to me to see it that afternoon. Never showed and never called. And amazingly car is still listed for sale. It is a phanton car

Worst customer service and fake reviews on google ! These people are scam artist and lied to us to our face several times which was very unprofessional. JOJO is the biggest scam ever !

Horrible. No communication, no nothing. I can guarantee you that those 5 start reviews are fake. I waited on the 2019 Chrsyler 300 limited that was supposedly getting fixed for over three weeks. I bought the car elsewhere almost two weeks later and still no word. They seem real sketchy and will lie to you in your face. He also wanted my deposit before I even saw the car. Tread carefully. These people are scammers. I'm sure they baited me and tried to get me to switch to the 300S that they kept mentioning.

Pretty transparent now that they’re under management apparently. Ann was very helpful and transparent with me and my husband. We bought the Veloster for our daughter and she’s been driving it since without issues

Vi el vehículo por cars.com y fui a su pagina web para ver si estaba disponible me dijeron que si , hice una cita para ir a verlo el día antes de la cita me llamaron para confirmar y me mandaron un email. Cuando llego para ver el auto no estaba y los vendedores todos groseros me dejaron esperando en el sol , luego fui a preguntar si el auto estaba y me dijeron q lo vendieron y. Me dejaron hablando solo . NO VAYAS A ESTE SITIO DA ASCO!!!

Bogus dealership list cars that are sold for long time just to get you there. They never answer phone and can't answer questions, very unprofessional!

I drove an hour to get there to see a Hyndai Sonata or Chevy Malibu. I gave them my monthly budget and looked at a few cars. My sales guy got me in a fully loaded Kia Cadenza with black leather, nice rims, and wood grain instead. They kept me in my monthly budget with only $1,000 down after and my credit is under 500. It took them a minute to get me out of there but I can`t believe I have this car!

found car that I wanted, went online to their website fill out the credit application and vehicle I wanted. was told to go to the dealer and look at the details for the loan and that I would be able to drive home with the car today. drove a hour to the location to find out that he was showing me another vehicle that I did not ask for, when ask about the vehicle that I had requested and applied for, was told that vehicle had already been sold, then he wanted me to get another car, worst dealer ever SWITCH AND BAIT which is illegal
