Poor phone customer service

Called three times was put on hold and cut off after 5 minutes or more each time. I ran over a screw had the tire plugged. Cannot get the low tire pressure off my dash and wanted someone to walk me through how to reset the low-pressure warning (please send email with instructions). Searched the book could not find it. I purchased my 2019 Honda from Flow Statesville and have always had it serviced there. Will not buy another car from Flow and will find another place to have it serviced!!!

An amazing car buying experience

Frank, John and the entire staff created a top notch, fast and easy buying experience. The entire staff was personable, honest and professional. No high pressure sales, no hours-on-end sitting in the dealership and it was clear they want to create loyal customers. After this experience, we wouldn’t purchase anywhere else!

Satisfied check out Sergio for your used car needs

Please check out Sergio!!!! He made the process of purchasing a vehicle so easy. We had a phone conversation on Friday afternoon and on Saturday he had me in a car. Had to work the day of purchasing and he brought the paperwork to my work place to sign. He super friendly and very professional.

Lack of customer consideration

Dealing with the service department 2nd time dealing with negative Issues 2 and a 1/2 hours waiting not being told reason why so long for a simple oil change Tire rotation No one came to inform us that there would be such a delay There will not be a 3rd visit to this service department

NOT WOMEN FRIENDLY

Not women friendly!!!! I was sold a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. I thought it was great even thought it was a little pricey, because it could tow my camper. Very nice and clean car. Come to find out now when I would like to trade it in, not a single person will take it because it’s been in an accident with airbags deployed. Now I’m stuck with an expensive car that I no longer want because this dealership ripped me off. Incredibly unsatisfied.

We also present the Carfax in our paperwork at the time of purchase and have our customers sign it as part of our transparent buying process. Don't know products and say anything to sell car

Visited to test drive a Honda CRV Hybrid. Very interested after drive. Talked to sales rep about installing a hitch. He recommended having it installed in service dept. so made arrangments to leave at dealership. After left, I learned the vehicle classified as "no tow." Returned the next day to follow up. The store and business manager tried to convince me it was ok to install hitch. Walked down to service dept. and service technicians said they can't install hitch. Called an after market installer who said same thing. I never completed sale, although I did leave deposit to hold car until my wife could come the next day to sign paperwork. Got charged $500 to leave car on their lot overnight. Left with nothing but a bad feeling.

Enjoyable Car Buying Experience

Everyone was very professional. Our sales person, Sergio Gutierrez, was very nice and he even found another car for us to look at while we were test driving the first car. We bought the second car. They want you to be comfortable and asked many times if we would like some water or coffee.It was the most stress free and enjoyable car buying we have ever experienced.
