    Totally disappointed with my experience at this dealer. First, when I picked up the vehicle, no one sat with me to go over all the features, buttons, and... knobs. Secondly, the vehicle was delivered without floor mats. Third, although the window sticker shows that the vehicle had a "Class 3 hitch" all the vehicle had was the bar that attaches to the chassis. There was no hitch receiver. The sales manager promised to correct both the mats and the hitch but it's now been 2 weeks and I've yet to hear from them. I've called and texted the salesman but haven't seen any movement on these issues. Next step will be to get my daughter, the attorney, to file a formal complaint!

He was... professional, easy to work with and most of all genuinely caring. What could have been a nightmare was turned into a great service experience thanks to him!     Horrible experience at the used car lot across the street. There was no communication with anyone there. They promised me a price and even said the bank... approved it, but then when it came to signing I was told A whole new price that was much higher. Would never recommend for anyone to go here.

    The worst Dealership ever please don't buy car from these dealer. You will have no peace in life. Staff are so careless and IRRESPONSIBLE. I bought a... car on Feb 13( Dodge Charger), I took a out side finance and paid them a check but they send my title to different bank, when I called them they said it 60 days for bank to receive my title. I was kept on receiving notice from my bank saying not received the title. In June when my bank charged me 18% for not providing a title I went to dealership and found they have send it to different bank and till now they haven't resolved it. SECONDLY THEY PROMISED 1ST FREE SERVICE, WHICH I HAD TO GO WAIT AND TALK TO 3 DIFFERENT SALES MANGERS TO GET VOUCHER AFTER 3 HOURS OF MY TIME IN DEALERSHIP. THIRDLY I GOT NOTICE FROM NTTA WITH CHEVY TRUCK ON MY NAME WITH MY CAR DETAILS WHEN I STARTED INVESTIGATING I FOUND THAT THEY HAVE ISSUED 2 TEMPORARY TITLE ON 2 DIFFERENTDATES TO MY CAR WITH SAME VIN AND MY DETAILS, ONE TO ME ON THE DAY I BOUGHT CAR AND AFTER 2 DAYS TO CHEVY TRUCK WHICH IS STILL RUNNING ON ROAD AFTER THE TEMPORARY TAG EXPIRED. WHEN I WENT TO SHOWROOM TODAY THEY TREATED LIKE A xxxx AND I HAD WAIT FOR 5;30 HOURS TO MEET THE GM MR. JOE. WHO SAYS HE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE ALL, WILL RESOLVE AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW. THEY TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. HE SAYS EVERY 5 MINS HE SELL 1000 CARS A MONTH AND DON'T TO HELP ME. General manager Joe Fernandez busy in meeting and don't want to meet me. xxxxing cheater this dealership is. Ridiculous customer service. I also have few more customers like me here waiting. Trust me don't buy car and screw yourselves. I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE FOR THE MESS THEY HAVE DONE

    Emailed through Cars.com to ask if a specific minivan had an overhead or seatback entertainment center. Received response, "yes, when do you want to... come test drive". Emailed twice more asking for an answer and received the same response. Called 4-5 times using number from cars.com and apple maps and after 53 seconds of rings, the phone began beeping. Only 1 pic online so needed more info but couldn't get an answer.

    DO NOT take your car here for Service. They kept our jeep for over 3 months. They changed the final price on us by alot and would not release our Jeep... until we paid the full amount they were requesting. They gave gave us a rental after we had the jeep in service for 3 weeks and tried to hold this against us at the time of payment.Tony was our point of Contact at Clay Cooley Irving.
