Misty is great.
Misty is great. Very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. My only ask is that I would prefer to have status updates via email/text/phone be provided to me on parts that were ordered rather than me having to constantly call and get stuck into the transfer loophole just to be told it's on back order with no eta. The communication has not been transparent thus far. Tracking has been impossible.
