They are not trustworthy. Don’t waste your time!! I have given them 3 chances and each experience was awful and a waste of my time. Please do not come here. I had inquired about a vehicle and had set up an appointment to view the vehicle. Before i even VIEWED the vehicle they wanted my SSN. I said no i would like to see the vehicle first to make sure I even like it? I had told the salesman the payments i was wanting and my limit. He proceeded without stating “that’s not something achievable” or anything indicating that maybe i should look at something more realistic. Instead he continued to show me the vehicle and run my credit!! He then showed me the payments i would be looking at and it was over $500 of my budget????? I was in shock that he would even show me this thinking I’d agree to it. Not only that they wanted to charge me 4k worth of a “warranty” i immediately said take that off. They also wanted to give me 5k less than what my trade in is worth. (i did my research prior). This also was a USED vehicle but they had put so much extra stuff the cost of the vehicle went UP! Basically buying a new one for the same vehicle. They are RIDICULOUS. When the “managers” came to speak with us they were extremely RUDE and acted so arrogant. This was not a pleasant experience and a COMPLETE waste of my time! Mind you i have purchased my first vehicle here and it was a horrible experience! I was lied to and i caught them before i signed papers! I trusted that this experience would be different and it wasn’t. Please be careful if you do come do not let them take advantage of you. Best bet is to go elsewhere.

had service work done yesterday paid to have the tires
had service work done yesterday paid to have the tires rotated when I got home, I realized they had not been not sure now if they did any or all of what I paid for I will not be returning as a customer for service or anything else

Avoid this place they cause a problem in my buying
Went in Saturday here it is Tuesday and still no car ,or no one fixing the problem that they caused. Just my opinion ,they have a problem against black people , this place discriminates against blacks looking into getting a attorney ,to address the discrimination.AVOID THIS PLACE THEY WILL CREATE A PROBLEM IN YOUR PROCESS AND THEN JUST LEAVE YOU HANGING.

Great service, Tony (service writer) does outstanding job and highly knowledgeable. This is my third vehicle from CC, exceptional dealership.
Service was horrible waiting over three hours for a freaking oil change!! didn’t receive a Complementary car wash or anything appointment time was at 11:00 am didn’t leave the dealership until 1:45pm car still dirty only visited the location for a basic oil change smh third time visiting this location first two times were awesome but this time was horrible

Multiple people reached out after an inquiry on Cars.com, rather than just one - no one seemed to know who else had reached out or why. Multiple requests for an out-the-door price (tax, tag, titles and fees) were met with silence. When a manager checked in, I informed them of this. Still no reply. I'll try Carvana or similar as I just need an actual price before making a decision to buy.

My husband James purchased a vehicle from a salesman name Marquise. Marquise is awesome, professional, and patience. My husband was able to get a great interest rate, and the truck he has always wanted. This is the second vehicle my husband has purchase from Clay Cooley Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM in Irving Tx. Our experience is always awesome, quick, and magnificent. If you're looking to purchase go visit them, Marquise will definitely work his magic and keep you satisfied! We love y'all forever :)

They have a bad actitud at service department specifically Carrie Chan is a very aggressive person she treats the costumers bad she curses them she eats while she’s working I need this dealership to take action against this person she doesn’t have the actitud to works there 0 stars to this please because of her

This dealership was great! Reasonable priced vehicles, great selection, and the employees treat you like family! Lupe and Carlos were outstanding! They were able to work with me and match the online prices! Lupe made sure my car was washed, detailed, and no scratches/spots before leaving! Carlos helped to make sure I understood the features of my truck and the insurance.
