When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an

When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

This service department is awesome!

This service department is awesome! Bailey and Paige go above and beyond. They put care into their customers, which I appreciate because I’m such a werido when it comes to my car.. like I freak out! They’re always pretty cool with me and handle it all professionally and calmly. Again, they are awesome. Super fast service and communication as well!

Did not address an issue I mentioned at drop off of the tire pressure sensors continuously coming on when pressures are normal. also did not receive a summary of the inspection like I typically do.
