They found a way to help me and I am excited I got my new Honda. They did an excellent job in helping me. I was so happy I could trade in my Honda for this coupe Accord I got from the dealership.

The ENTIRE dealership was VERY helpful. They are all honest and help each other out. It's not a cut throat dealership. Very patient and willing to work with everyone. I HIGHLY recommend them. Lane was great to work with.

I was robbed.. my car ran for 4 days when I called for help was told they could do nothing for me they never checked up on the situation.had very bad attitudes on the phone.The only thing they are good at is taking your payment.

Great!!! Everyone was helpful, great attitudes and very easy and willing to work with you. Highly recommend to anyone shopping for used vehicles. Wasn’t worried one time during the entire deal.

If I had a choice to give this place a negative star count, I would give -20! The salesman give an impression that they want to help you... they will lie to you about the vehicles they have in their lot.. when and if they sell you a vehicle, they do nothing else.. if you have problems with the vehicle you buy from their lot, they will NOT do anything to help. I came to this car lot because there was a certain vehicle they had that I wanted. I came on a Saturday, and this was Labor Day weekend, I left with the vehicle I wanted. The salesman stated to me that everything was in perfect working order, and when I drove the vehicle later that night, I found that the low beam lights were very dim. I could see the road at all. I had to drive with the high beams on in order to see the road... When I called about this issue, the salesman and the manager were dismissive, and treated the issue as if it were a joke. When I called to find out what my options were, I was lied to and the man thought he hung up the phone, but didn’t, and started talking about me and how ridiculous the issue was. I now have to pay to replace the low beam bulbs which will cost me a car payment... and I have not even made my first car payment!!!! Really low class salesmanship, zero professionalism, and a lot of fake personalities! I would look elsewhere for a vehicle before coming to this place. If you do, please do a thorough inspection on the vehicle before committing to buy. This place does not offer rentals if you have to leave the car for mechanics to look at, and they do not have on site mechanics. A huge Buyer Beware!!!

Great transaction easy going people, facility was clean. Easy buying experience. The vehicle was I expected for a used car. Very helpful and knowledgeable with what everyone is doing.

I recently purchased a Hyundai from Action Motors and could not be happier with my entire experience. Leo and Ryan took their time and worked with me instead of pushing anything on me (like what happens everywhere else you go). I just recently returned from overseas and have had my faith restored in car salesman. The service we received was excellent. Ricky was very coperative in helping us find what we wanted . We even had the same idea for the car I wanted before I ever told him what I was looking for... now that's a car dealer worth revisiting and I will buy my next car from them as well. Words can't explain how easy Ricky and his team made my buying experience.
