The guys at Chelsea Motors were a joy to work with. I had a very unique situation, my vehicle had been stolen. Unfortunately, it was not recovered, so... I was left searching for another vehicle. I had searched online for a couple of weeks for a quality used vehicle at a reasonable price. When the GMC Acadia at Chelsea Motors showed up in my search, I knew I had to check it out. We arrived at Chelsea Motors without calling to schedule a test drive. When we got there, we started walking around looking at all of their vehicles. Bobby drove up to check on us and asked if there was anything specific we were looking for. I told him we were interested in the silver GMC Acadia. They had just gotten it in a couple of days prior. He got it for us to test drive and let me just tell you, this vehicle was in fantastic condition. What was so great about everyone at Chelsea Motors is that they were not the least bit pushy, they understood the unique situation I was in, were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had, and were such a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely recommend Chelsea Motors to anyone looking to buy a quality used car.
We called to make sure an SUV we wanted to test drive was there since we were driving a long distance, and was told it was there. We left work early in... order to drive out there, and when we get to the lot the salesman didn't see the car and went in to ask about and discovered the owner's wife took it to drive. Such a disappointment. I felt this showed a lack of respect for potential customers.
I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I actually remember this instance and when you spoke with our salesman you said you'd rather not give him ...any contact info. We had no way of calling you to let you know that the vehicle wasn't here. I definitely understand your frustration but with no way of contacting you, this was unfortunately unavoidable.
Make sure they actually have what they advertise. Don't waste your time waiting on a return call.
