Hertz Car Sales Warminster

I was interested in a pathfinder that was posted on kbb from this dealer. Price wa 22794. Called and they asked I com look at it. At the dealer the car needed to be inspected so I could not test drive. But promised the car will be available to me soon at the price listed. Recieved a call today from John swing the price has gone up 3200 more then it was listed for. Then came the sales pitch about how much the car is truly worth and so on. If you post a price and we agreed on that price it should be binding. This is the way dealers operate now. No trust I them. It is a sham.

Terrible customer service, even the sales manager is very rude. Their policy is inconsistent and they don’t even want to try explain and ask for understanding. Eventually the manager just hang up on a customer. I would not recommend this to anyone

Went to look at a car yesterday to buy which was a bit of a nightmare in itself. When I was finished sales guy said to fill out financing online which I did and spoke to him before COB yesterday and he said he was putting a sales sign on the car for me. Got an email today from the sales manager saying sorry the car was sold. On top of it they ran my credit which is stellar and a waste since they sold the car to someone else. I am not one to write a review but I thought this was underhanded and wrong. This sale is bogus and unorganized and it is nearly impossible to finalize a sale. I was told everything was first come first serve UP UNTIL the sales rep said a sales sign was put on the car.

Had to buy a car during the covid shutdown. Found one at this dealer on their online Inventory. James was easy to talk to, understood our situation and worked extra to get us financed/settled. Car was delivered on time, in perfect condition and paperwork took less than 15 minutes to complete. Easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Very Bad business practice. After exchanging information via e-mail including a price quote visited the dealership for a test drive. Ask the salesperson to confirm the price in the email then waited another 2 hours for the finance person who advised that the price was now $3000 higher than originally quoted. Told that the salesman made a mistake and they would not adjust the price to the original quote. After traveling for an hour and a half from NJ we left very unhappy!!

I was searching for a very specific vehicle, one which came to the lot of Hertz Car Sales in Warminster, PA. My online inquiry was very quickly answered by Mike Moore, one of the sales staff. He was exceptionally helpful in answering my questions about the car and the sales process and worked closely with my lender all while out of state. He worked diligently to find answers to all of my complicated questions, taking lots of time. Unfortunately, the deal fell through to no fault of Mike. We received a comparable offer on the exact same car at a dealer much closer to our home (where Warminster is a little over two hours away and out of state). I strongly recommend that you work with Mike when searching for a car. He was honest, trustworthy, and thorough in giving me all of the information to make an informed decision. He encouraged me to make the decision that was best for us, even if that meant our buying a car elsewhere. That says a lot about Mike's integrity and commitment to service. Thank you, Mike! I hope someone local snaps up that fabulous car in your lot soon!

Horrible experience after sale. I live in NJ and purchased car in PA .Its been almost 2 months since I purchased my car. I did not receive my title for almost month and half. Once I received the title it was incorrect. They messed it up. I went to DMV to register and they said it was incorrect. I spoke to the Hertz agent and she mentioned it was correct. I went to DMV again and was told its wrong and the DMV person spoke on the phone with Hertz agent explaining what was wrong. No one at Hertz is talking responsibility and I still don't have the title as we speak. My temporarily registration is about to expire and I wont be able to drive the car anymore. I won't recommend this location.

Was an easy and nice shopping experience, Walter helped us and had enough patience to show us the cars we was interested in, and we test drive both!!!! There was an smile on his face from start to finish!!! Thanks Walter from the Hernandez Family!!!!

My girlfriend and I went there to purchase a car, and the entire experience was flawless. Hal came out immediately to help us as soon as we got there, and we were out for a test drive within minutes. We purchased the car, and Hal along with Mike, the manager, helped us through the entire process quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for an affordable pre-owned vehicle, and definitely ask for Hal, he knows what he's doing and is an excellent salesman.
