My son and I went there already knowing what we wanted. They worked with me buying two trucks at the same time. They were very polite and friendly. We were patient enough to wait through the process. Buying a vehicle can take some time......buying 2 was ALL DAY!. (no fault of theirs) Thanks Ms. Roslin and SA.

There were very nice clean cars on the lot. Went in for a nice deal on a Honda which was listed for market value (even though they claim it was below, from research it's market value not a deal). They would not budge not even on 2 new tires. That raised a a question mark about safety but all in all even though we paid the listing price I am happy with the car as it has very low mileage, no engine problems, nice body and is very clean on the inside. Would recommend with caution given that they don't really meet you half way with price, warranty, or tires.

I purchase my Chevy Cruze from Car City 1/21/17. I had a awesome experience. The owner Onobun was nice and very professional. They made me and my parents feel very comfortable. The staff was also nice. We had a few laughs and small talk which made it feel like we were friends rather than doing business. This dealership asked me to go from 40 miles to check a used car that was advertized at cars.com. I asked if anything is wrong that needs to be fixed. He said no. He also told me to go and test drive. I went with two other persons to buy the car with my check book as I told him if I like the car I will buy right away. I went and found that car has the check engine light on when I started the car. I asked what is that? He said, probably some sensor. I told why did he not fix that. He replied, it cost money to do that. He also told it has passed maryland inspection. I did not check that. I just left saying he should not have called me from 40 miles to check that car. 2007 toyota corolla was the car.
