I put in an order with deposit for a new Rav 4 xle premium Hybrid on 10/10/22. Ross called me in December to let me know that my vehicle was allocated and being shipped from Japan and he would call me in a couple days regarding final pricing. Ross said the price would be a lot LESS than we had previously discussed, BUT DID NOT ONCE MENTION THAT IT WAS NOT THE PACKAGE I HAD ORDERED. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called Ross--he said he would email over the info on MY car, with NO OTHER EXPLANATION ABOUT THE VEHICLE. After receiving the info and reading over it I realized this was TOTALLY NOT MY CAR. The color of exterior and interior was correct but this vehicle had the lowest end package--(I had ordered the top price package because my son and I had stressed to Ross upon placing the order that I definitely wanted the assisted parking and automatic braking which would audibly & visually warn me if too close to something from the rear when backing up, particularly since I am getting older). I called Ross and told him 'This is not the car that I ordered." I felt there had been a mistake. I again told Ross that I needed audible warning if backing to close to something. Ross told me "It should beep." He told me "Why don't you take a look at it--I think you'll like it." I agreed to look at the car, and when it came in--my son and I went up to check it out. We backed the car backward and forward close to other cars--there was no beep. I told Will the manager (Ross was off) that I did not want this car, so what happens now in regards to getting the vehicle I actually ordered? First he said my name goes to the bottom of the list and I start over. My son and I were both very angry, and then he backtracked and said he should not have said that--he then apologized several times. IT WAS A PLOY TO TRY TO GET ME TO TAKE THAT CAR. I called Ross the next morning--and he said he had another car coming at the end of March, coincidentally--the exact color and package that I had ordered. (I thought to myself--that IS the car that was already on order for me.) Ross said it was supposed to go to a man, but he did not want the ruby flare color. I was excited, and Ross said he would call me later to talk, because he had to go shovel snow. Ross did call me later--now telling me that THE CAR HE HAD TOLD ME ABOUT ""THIS MORNING"" WAS ""NOT AVAILABLE" now. The man decided to take it. Ross said "But I do have another car you might like, everything you want--but NOT A HYBRID." Then he said "For all the miles you drive." As I listened to Ross, I began to get angry. I asked Ross --HOW DID THIS GUY GET IN LINE FOR THIS CAR? DO YOU MEAN HE ORDERED BEFORE I DID IN EARLY OCT. 2022? I told Ross "I THINK THAT IS THE CAR I ORDERED. Ross said "Well when YOUR CAR came in, and you said you would look at it"---I interrupted him and said "THAT WAS NOT MY CAR"--Ross said "Well the car you were allocated." Ross then said he would check on some things and get back to me in a couple days. I said "Yes, you do that." Three days later I walked into Mike Kelly Toyota of Uniontown, Pa and got my deposit money back. I have now placed an order with Spitzer Toyota at Monroeville, Pa. (ironically referred by another disgruntled customer, as I read reviews of Mike Kelly.) PLEASE MANAGEMENT--DO NOT GIVE ME YOUR GENERIC REPLY TO CALL YOU TO TALK ABOUT IT.

Rip off
Dealer added $5000.00 to manufacturers suggested retail price (msrp), what a dishonest dealership. I don’t mind paying sticker price in todays market but 5000 above sticker is a rip-off. Toyota should take away their dealership. Buy somewhere else unless you enjoy throwing your money away

Dealership has no class, or business integrity
Had true car give me a price for a car there, got a price off their website,also called a salesman at their dealership, all with the same price verified, salesperson sent me images of the car with the price,after test driving the car and wanting to be it, he says his manager wants me to Pay $2000 more for the car, I had the price verified 3 time s, manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, call State Attorneys of for false advertising and fraud, but probably a waste of time. “The State Government” so take a guess I kept all the documents for evidence of

Great Dealership
Great dealership and very nice people. They treated me with the utmost respect and gave me a great deal. It didn't take too long to go through the process and excited to have a new Toyota Highlander!

Won't Go Back
Not good. Sold me a vehicle without disclosing issues. Within a month or two they start surfacing. Was slow to get a response. When I did, they offered to fix one of the issues then always had an excuse on why it wasn't fixed when I'd go to pick my vehicle. Never called to tell me. Just held it untill I showed up and then started the excuses. The salesman should have been a red flag as he bragged about taking advantage of some immigrants. Shrugged it off as idle banter or his mistake thinking his act was something clever and admirable? Either way, should have listened to people that told me to stay away. That's gone downhill. Will never go back.

The ease of working over the phone. Everything completed with one phone call and Craig didn’t have to leave his desk to get permission from his manager about the deal. I drove 4 hours to get the vehicle which means you are doing a great job.
