They are thieves, they sold me a vehicle with the bad engine and they knew it, now they do not take responsibility, they treat you well when you arrive but at the time of a problem they send you wing ... they are a fraud

The dealer added over $500 to the price. This dealership adds $500 to whatever the advertised price is for adding new windshield wipers, oil change, etc. when these were already added by the dealer before the car was listed. This is illegal. Clearly dishonest.

The experience was great. I had worked with Jennifer and she was awesome. I had gotten my car with no problems what so ever. I have had my car for a week now and I could not have asked for a better car for a better deal. Best deal and best car. 👍

Everything about this dealership is great, the people were very friendly and efficient. This is probably the best small used-car dealership I've ever went to. Everything about the cars were great. They were clean, had been in no accidents, and look like they are brand new! Best part was, it was all for such a great price! There was no point in haggling, because of the bargain of the cost. They provided me with personalized purchase experience. Their prices are no-haggle but their vehicles are very clean. You deal with the same person start to finish, no hand-offs to different people. Small, family owned operation. Felt good buying a car from these guys.

Bob Dash of Dash Motorworks located at 15825 TX-249 #4, Houston, TX 77086 dishonestly withheld or modified the CarFax Information on a vehicle using deception to make a deal. In 2016 Dash sold me a 2011 Mercedes with inaccurate information that the vehicle had a clean CarFax. Since buying used I bought a 2000.00 warranty from Dash. The fake or Modified CarFax was unknown to me until I went to trade it in Sept 2017. The 2017 CarFax revealed a bad accident in 2013!!! I would not have purchased this Mercedes had I known that. The check engine light came on the day after purchase!!! Bob Dash mislead me insisting it was just bad gas from the previous owner and that I need only to use good gas for a month and it run fine. That it's in excellent running condition. What happened to the Dash Motorworks promise on their website: Impart All our vehicles are hand picked and only the very best make it to our inventory. Each vehicle is rigorously inspected, fully serviced and meticulously detailed. Dash was well aware I was leaving the state of Texas in a month due to a job transfer. He used that time to elongate, argue and drag out this issue until my time was up. Which worked because I had to be at my new place of employment. I had to tow my Mercedes to California during our families move. I ask Bob Dash for help and he refused. He refused to take the car back, exchange it for another vehicle, to pay for the tow to California or help me out in any way. So I towed my car to the Laguna Niguel Mercedes Dealership. To my shock, this Mercedes had bad valves and the head had to be replaced. $3,400.00 they had my new car for nearly a month. I tried calling Dash from California but he avoided my calls using his wife. I had to accept this injustice which I did until I went for the trade-in. I had it with Dash. I called Dash Motorworks immediately confronting him about the CarFax. He denied knowing about the accident even though the accident was reported to CarFax in 2013 (two years prior to selling it to me). I said, "I have both CarFax in my hand Dash". He asks, "what do you want?" I ask him for 3000.00 which was the amount I was upside down on with the trade-in due to my Mercedes being in an accident. He agreed to pay me 1500.00 only but not until my wife & I both signed a letter he had drawn up and had notarized! When I got this letter. It relieved Bob Dash/Dash Motorworks of all and anything now, then or future. It was unreal. We signed it had it notarized as he demanded but not until I added this "Dash Motorworks must send me my warranty refund up and above the agreed 1500.00". That's when Dash all but told me to get lost October 4th, 2017. My suspicions were right. Dash offered me 1500.00 because he was going to keep my prorated refund of 1000.00. This is a true statement. Every word herein is a fact. BEWARE of DASH MOTORWORKS. This dealership appears extremely warm & friendly even kind. My wife and I trusted in that deceptive facade Don't take a chance with any devious and crooked dealerships. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase. Just look what happened to us! I was between two cars and he was honest about the more expensive one. The process went smooth and he stayed well after closing to get me in the car.
