NEVER GO HERE FIRST OFF!

The Owner also runs a scam repair shop off of Meridian in Oklahoma City. What a HORRIBLE service. First, I've done everything they did before but just thought it easier since I don't have tools. So I know what should be done. Never let on about it just to see what they'd charge me. Next, I went in for back rotors changed and back / front pads changed. They quoted me at $400 together. That was fine (still a high price). I suspected the tie rod ends to be going bad and confirmed it when they had the car jacked up by moving the darn tire back and forth. Both mechanics confirmed it with me on both sides (They didn't change a thing). The mechanic said they both (tie rods) needed to be changed in the front and I was inclined to agree. I figured that would set me back maybe a few hundred at most with parts and labor. Not really rethinking getting tools and doing it myself at this point. I wait while they get parts and such. Then I see the front rotor is changed. This is entirely confusing as I only requested the backs and was quoted for them. It was a few minutes from being finished so I waited to see what was going on. I had also requested an oil change but that wasn't done yet. No worries there. I thought they fixed what was needed minus one under control arm that would be worthwhile for me to do myself. I get the bill. A little less than $700 and nothing about tie rods on it. I was floored. Never did anyone say anything about $600 or $700. I was quoted $400 for the breaks, $27 for the oil change, and I expected the parts and labor of the tie rods as was confirmed by them. WRONG! Not only did they fleece me for front rotors with NO MARKS ON THEM with very decent life left (they pointed at a bit of rust on the inside saying it was no good. I tapped on it and it went away, but more on that later). I no longer wanted the higher than advertised oil change as I figured they'd "Find" something else and charge me without knowing, so I paid and left, sour and regretful but glad the breaks were done at least I guess. Wrong. A deep grinding sound which never was there before, only when I apply the break. I bring it back the first time. They say the inside (I'm inferring where the caliper is) was rusty (after 1 hr it up in the air) and that was all. It's standard practice to knock on the bolts a few times to break the old rust off, and the inside of where the rotors fit. They didn't do any of that. Such a poor rush job I'm going to have to do again, but Right! It's making noise currently, and the Owner won't do a darn thing about it. Noise which only happened AFTER they replaced the breaks there. He says he will need a $95 diagnostic fee just to look at their mistake. What BS. I keep thinking the young man was earnest about his assessment and maybe it was a mistake over miscommunication with pricing and parts, but the front rotors had good life (a year easy) on them, so that's how I know with everything else, that this is a scam. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! (Edit: Oh, and they charged me tax for a service they didn't do. FYI. I'll take pictures of their job when I have time to do it right.)
