really nice service. Couldn't find a car I look but. Good for college kids. Or a start up cars. Or get service on your car

Waste of time

Called and asked for a vehicle and they told me they still had it. Went there talked to someone about the car was told they have it again. Guy comes back to me told they are showing it at another location. I Walked right out. Don't waste your time here shop somewhere else.

We bought a 2008 Volvo XC90, great experience!

We had no problems, we looked at the car on a Sunday I think, we loved a couple of them, the whole time they didn't rush us. They had 6 Volvos we wanted to look at, so they just gave us all 6 keys and said go ahead and check them out and if its in the front test drive it. We went from car to car and just drove them, so simple and trusting. He actually said " if you steal it the insurance will pay more than our profit...." lol.... very relaxed, didn't pressure us at all. The bank was closed so we said we would come back the next day and buy it, we did and it was nice! Drives great and its been 2-3 months, it is perfect for my wifes first car ever. I am remembering to review them because now I need a car and i feel great going to them!

Nice service

Although I was unsuccessful in finding a car, the dealer was very informative and even worked to find a car that fell in line with my budget. They also left me alone as I inspected the car, which was appreciated. Nothing is worse than having a salesman hover.

service is pretty bad!

Went twice and both times were bad ! First time, two people walked in arguing and complaining

Very dissapointing

At first sounded like they'd be great and sent me carfax quickly upon request, however when was ready to purchase they ignored my calls for 2 days. So I finally went down their small trailer in a lot, and walked in to hear my call ringing unanswered as they sat around. When I asked to drive the car, they said they sold it already days ago, yet never let me know. Also, the website still had it as available and the salesman (wanting to go home) said we have nothing else in your price range when the website showed e other cars in my range. Don't waste your time like I did, shop elsewhere

Jeff, You were sent the carfax as promised and we spoke on the phone the day prior and you stated you would call before coming in. The next day you show up 20 minutes after closing the reason the owner and I we're sitting in the office. Your excessive calling was minutes prior to closing time and we were in the process of closing out the day. Vehicle still showed available on the site because it hadn't updated to sold and the vehicle was still on our lot. Lesson learned call before heading out to see a vehicle and take appropriate time off to do so. Yes we do have families we like to go home too also. Thanks for your review Rich.
