EZ Auto Finance

For someone that’s owned multiple vehicles the one I purchased from here is a headache! Oh make sure if buying a vehicle in winter to make sure your air and sunroof work. Ever since I bought my car it has cost Me nothing but more money and very unreliable. EZ auto is a get rich by stealing from they customers n over charging n pricing for any car up there if ur car break down u pay for it they down ((((((zack u the I’m not lying)))))

Myhhusband and I will never ever buy another vehicle from EZ Auto. We bought 2 vehicles from them. The HHR has spent more time being repaired than it has driven. The Equinox we bought had problems with oil consumption that we told them about numerous times and they kept pushing us off and telling us it's normal and to just keep an eye on it. This continued until we were over the mileage for the replacement engine cost to be covered by the recall. We had to get a loan to pay for the engine. Now after the engine has been replaced, the rear main seal goes out. That should have been replaced when the engine was replaced. We brought it to the attention of EZ Auto. And they said oh gee, we don't cover that. You'll have to pay for it. So once again, we're in the same boat as we were before with Easy Auto. I will never recommend anyone to get a vehicle from them after this and we will never purchase another from them. The saddest part is we bought a car for $275 and it's in better mechanical condition and drivability this entire time than the Equinox or the HHR put together.

The car I had was my Grandmothers before she passed away. It became my car after and was a great car until I was in town and the transmission went without warning. I was stranded in town with kids. We live in another town atleast 20 minutes away. We were in a panic and everyone was closed until we came here to EZ. They did all they could so that we could have a good working car to get home in. Very good people and definitely a place I recommend. I'm sad that I'm not driving my Grandmother's car and it hurts but I couldn't fix a whole transmission, but my new car is a nice one and I know it was time for change and EZ made it a great experience.

This is a great dealer. I bought a truck here a few months ago and they have gone above and beyond with everything. They have an excellent sales team and great service. I recommend everyone to EZ Auto Finance. They sell quality vehicles and STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!!! Something that is extremely hard to find anymore. I will never buy a used car from anyone else.
