I had an urgent matter with my 2020 XT4, where I put a new battery in my car remote and then the car would not start. Could not even get in it. After finally being able to get into my car and no help whatsoever from OnStar, I decided to call the dealership. I plead with the person on the phone to find someone to help me, it was after 5:00, I am sure people were ready to head home and I was in a panic. The guy I was telling my issue to goes and gets Matt (don’t know his last name) but he is the shop foreman. He got on the phone and said don't worry, I know exactly what you need to do. In literally 5 minutes he walked me through and fixed my issue. I was so happy that I think I told him I was sending him a dozen roses and told my friends if he was single I would marry him lol. He is what every dealership and business needs. He obviously knows Cadillac vehicles and to jump in to help me resolve my issue, he was a superstar. If it was not for him, I would have had to deal with another annoying call with OnStar and waiting for a service to show up and they probably would not be able to troubleshoot my issue. I was also parked in a lot in the North End, which would have been very costly if I had to leave my vehicle there overnight. Whatever you pay him, you need to pay him more!!!

I special ordered a new Cadillac from Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield in the beginning of 2021. Due to the supply chain issues that every auto maker experienced during 2021 - 2022, it took well over a year and a half for my CT5-V to arrive at the dealership. Ted Bouchard was my salesman and he and the sales manager Alex Perez continually kept me informed on the progress of my car. This is a 1st class dealership with professional personnel who care.

Overpriced
oil changes are fine, but I was quoted nearly 900.00 for front brakes which is complete price gouging by double I will not spend one more penny there! All they had to do was be fair. You lost my business

Terrible service at Herb Chambers Cadillac
As a business owner, it is never a good feeling to have to write a poor review about a company. I have purchased five vehicles from Herb Chambers over the years and I was happy with my previous purchases until recently. I purchased a brand new Cadillac SUV from Herb Chambers and have had nothing but issues. I was told this is the best vehicle available to buy at this location and since my purchase I have taken it back to be worked on numerous times. The last time I brought my vehicle into the Herb Chamber's shop for a routine oil change, I picked up my vehicle and took the highway home. While on the highway the engine on my 2023 SUV seized and broke down, putting me in a potentially dangerous situation. I called to get the vehicle towed and I was informed that my brand new vehicle had numerous expensive issues. For the next two and a half months I have had to drive around a rental vehicle while my brand new SUV was repaired after 6 months of owning it. The dealership completely disregarded my concerns, time, and money I put into this vehicle. As a customer and business owner, I could never imagine treating someone with such disregard. After pouring money and time into this situation, I had no other choice but to contact my lawyer. If you would like to avoid purchasing a brand new car with numerous expensive issues and a perpetual headache do not use this company. I am disappointed and disgusted by their customer service and unprofessionalism. I will never go back and neither should you!

Providing a great customer experience is very important to us, and we are sorry that your initial experience did not meet that standard. However, the issue you had with your engine seizing, while unfortunate, has been resolved by the manufacturer with the installation of a new engine. Due to the length of time to receive the engine from the manufacturer, you were provided with a loaner vehicle. All of this at no expense to you. Sincerely, Kenneth Giordano

Sorry Folks but Mike Anagnos is long gone. The current management will look you in the eye and say everything is fine regardless of the obvious. I made made a mistake of trading my XT5 for a 22 XT4 . Plenty of issues that they refuse to correct.

STAY AWAY!
One of the worst car purchasing experiences. Purchased a new vehicle that was spouse to come clean was all dirty inside and out. Second off No inspection sticker. Contacted the dealership and lady told me Alex the manager was going to get in contact with me. It’s been close to a week now with no calls or emails nothing. Made a down payment that they said would not be reported as long as it’s u see 10k. Well that was a lie got a letter from them that they reported me making a down payment of 9,999$. Stay far far away from this place it’s ran down and never again!
