If you look at the pictures really, really close.

If you look at the pictures really, really close. There is a bend in the back bumper, and it’s misaligned making the tailgate scrape the left panel when it is opened. None of this was mentioned anywhere in the listing. Dealership acted like it was a surprise to them. Really? Dealership offered to fix the bumper, but not the tailgate. No thanks, can feel the rust starting where the paint was rubbed off.

Purchased a Jeep Rubicon was told it was mine.

Purchased a Jeep Rubicon was told it was mine. Put 300 deposit down to hold. Just had to come in and sign papers. Was told congrats it would be full of gas and ready to go when I got there. 2 hours later was called and told they sold it. xxxx poor shady xxxxxxxx business if you ask me. I’d be proud to have my name on a business like that. Probably go to bed every night not caring who you screwed over. Just happy you made a dime.

These guys made the process easy.

These guys made the process easy. I have bought many cars and can tell you that doing your homework going in always helps. My goal is to always beat an hour start to finish. They hold my new record of 45 minutes!

Worst service ever!

Had my Honda Fit in for a transmission flush. They came out with a laundry list of things wrong with it. I agreed with a couple of them but was way misquoted on estimated price of repairs and lied to about another. They quoted me over 8000.00 in repair costs! The lie was when they said my power steering rack was leaking fluid. The 2015 honda fit has EPS (electric power steering)! Any fool could have looked under the hood and noticed there was no power steering fluid reservoir. This car does not require PS fluid!!!!! Never again will I service a car here again!

Mr. Danielsen, thank you for letting us know about your last service visit. We will be reaching out to go over what was found and different options regarding the estimate. We are one hundred percent transparent and reviewed the video we took of the inspection of your vehicle. The front suspension and transmission fluid leak were noted but there was no mention of a power steering leak. I reviewed the inspection and the video with our technician and will go over this when we speak. Thank you again

No Pressure Dealership - Great Deal

In the past we have bought our Honda’s at local competitor, they had the model we wanted and we had a offer from them, and on a whim we stopped by Smart to see what they had in stock. Smarts offer was $4200 less. WOW! The offer was in writing, this was late Saturday, called on Monday we called and asked if the offer still good, they said yes, we asked if we bought a check for the amount they quoted we could drive the new Honda home they said yes and we did, could not be happier. Our salesperson Maurice has been in the business a long time very knowledgeable. This was the most low pressure vehicle we ever bought. 11 out of 10.

Dissaisfied with Service dept

I just wanted to reach out and let you know of my disappointing visit to the Service Dept this morning. I had an appointment scheduled for 07:45 this morning to have my car looked at for a possible issue. I was there and dropped it off and was told it could take a couple hours. So I had my sister come pick me up. At 10:00 am I called and they said they had not even got my car in the shop to be looked at yet. So I had my sister drive me back and I picked up my car and had to leave. I do not understand after over 2 hours and my car was not even looked at when I had an appointment at 07:45. It defeats the purpose of setting up an appointment. I had to drive about 40 miles to get to your Service Dept and then another 40 miles driving back home. I had purchased the car used from you and thought I would try and keep my business with you. But after this morning I do not see rescheduling and returning to your shop. I am very dissatisfied with this.

Nice communication through email
