Such a great experience!

Marvin Wyatt was my salesman! He was the kindest person and answered all of my questions. I felt so comfortable with him. He wasn't pushy and didn't rush me or pressure me into buying. Great customer service and I will definitely be recommending friends and family!!

No pressure sales

Maurice at Smart Honda was a pleasure to work with. His non pressure sales approach is a worth noting and genuinely appreciated. This is our second new vehicle purchased from him. Great salesman - Jerry L!

I don’t think I have ever written a review before, but I feel like in this case I need to. I recently purchased a used car for a work vehicle from Smart Honda. My sales person was Jerry Leibovitz and I can’t say enough good about how he handles customers. His motto is to put himself in his customer’s shoes and treat his customers the way he would want to be treated. Jerry is not a pushy salesman at all. He listens to what you need and then does everything he can to make the deal come together. He will not try to oversell you something you don’t need or want. Jerry is a very honest person and if he doesn’t feel that the deal is right for you he will not push it on you. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend Jerry Leibovitz at Smart Honda. You won’t regret your choice!

Awesome experience l!

I did some research and decided on the car that would work best for me. Luckily for me, Smart Honda had the car I was in search of. The price was very competitive and they were able to negotiate with me as well. Julie, was absolutely amazing! I’ve heard horrible stories about the car buying process, but I had an amazing one! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new car.

Got a great deal and great hospitality

I hate buying cars. I really do. I've had some bad experiences. But I bought a new Honda CR-V Ex at Smart Honda in Davenport this week, and the experience was nothing but excellent. From the minute I met Lucky Fazliu, the sales and leasing consultant, I was convinced this would be the place I buy my SUV. The process of the sales person going back and forth to the sales manager has always irked me. That was probably the only time in the buying process that I still wish didn't have to happen. Why can't the sales consultants just do it all themselves and offer the best offer possible? But anyways, Lucky is someone you should head to if you want someone who cars, who knows the cars and all the fancy schmancy stuff they come with these days, and he's funny and sweet. It was a painless purchase, and I love my vehicle. Their new facility is gorgeous.

Horrible service

Worst communication and customer service EVER. Our daughter’s car was taken to Smart Honda for repairs after an accident. They have been a nightmare to deal with for us as customers as well as our insurance company. No one returns calls or multiple emails that were sent to them. Our daughter’s Honda has been there for two months with no repairs completed after they cashed a $10,000 check from our insurance for repairs. They also found $4000 in “additional” repairs 6 weeks after initial estimate completed by them. They somehow “missed” a computer system repair. Do not take your car here for any kind of repairs. Horrible, horrible customer service. Update... Two weeks ago I was told that Paul from the service department would call me. Nope. Nothing. Clearly they do not care about customer service.

Very smooth transaction!

After many weeks of searching for a Honda Accord touring edition at my local dealers, we ran across a gem at Smart Honda! We worked through the negotiation over the internet and several texts with our sales rep. We were a bit skeptical as the dealership was 2.5 hours from our home. We are so glad we checked them out. The people and the buying process was very pleasant. This is our fourth Honda purchase and one of the best. Thanks again Smart Honda!

Horrible place

Horrible service don’t even want to give you one star you guys deserve no star. We purchased a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Lujack Honda with a extended warranty we test drove it everything seemed good, after leaving the lot we drove about 10 miles didn’t even make it home and the truck cut out and said engine reduced power and wouldn't go any faster than 25MPH, so we called Maurice Patterson for help seen as we did all the paperwork with him and he told us to go to any mechanic to have it looked at and fixed, then hung up on us, so we towed it to our nearest certified Chevy dealership knowing everything is covered under warranty. That costed me over $550 just to get it towed back close to home. The Chevy dealer inspected their vehicle and noticed several things that were horribly bad such as the transfer case, was bad and needed to be rebuilt or replaced, the whole computer and all wiring was corroded as if the vehicle was in a flood, and all that now needs to be replaced. So we purchased as $20,000 truck and it’s not driveable at all and Lujacks doesn’t want to cover anything but they paid for the inspection, and the extended warranty people are saying Lujack is responsible for all repairs. The owner of Lujack says in which I have the owner and Stephen Rhodes on recording saying, he doesn’t care if any of his cars, or trucks break down across the street of the dealer he says that’s not his problem, and is not responsible for any repairs, very unprofessional and rude. I purchased a Lemon and highly recommended to not go to any Lujack dealer as this may happen to you, especially with a crooked owner like that. Hope this review helps other in making a purchase in where they buy their vehicle it has been a huge headache for us since day one.
