    Scammers and Liars. Lied about everything! Tried to cover up the extensive service history and repairs on a car with low mileage. Told me they couldn’t... provide a service history due to “privacy issues“, until I threatened a lawsuit and they coughed up the report which shows the car had extensive repairs. Well, it broke down within a month and a half and they refused to honor the warranty until I threatened another lawsuit. Tried to charge me $8k for a timing chain covered by warranty- again I only had the car two months!. If I had been informed of the previous multiple repairs on the Audi I would not have purchased it. Not to mention the salesman lied about the brake fluid being flushed (not the only thing he lied about), finance guy lied on my credit app and said I worked for the U.S government to get me a loan (ILLEGAL by the way) sales manager lied about the warranty not covering the timing chain when the paper states clear as day it is covered, can’t imagine what else they lied about but your all scammers!!! Stay away from this place!!!

    Dealer did an excellent job of locating the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Our sales rep did an excellent job addressing our requirements. There were... issues with vehicle cleanliness and appearance (caught by us) which delayed vehicle delivery to us. These were not caught by the dealer but should have been. Ditto paperwork errors. Clean these issues up or risk people thinking you are ok with mistakes as long as the car is sold.

    I made an inquiry via Cars.com's email facility and received a phone call within an hour or two. Because the dealership was two hours away, I wasn't able... to visit it immediately, but the representative scheduled an appointment for the following weekend. That morning, she called to confirm and we determined the car I was interested in had sold. She encouraged me to visit their website to determine if there were other cars in their inventory of interest and followed up again a few days later. I've sent other emails via Cars.com and never received a response, so I was quite pleased with the Lujack experience.
