I couldn’t recommend these folks more. Everyone in the building from when I entered to when I left we’re very helpful, transparent, nice and looked out for my best interest. This was definitely an enjoyable car, buying experience, which is rare, in my opinion

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service I’ve received from Volkswagen of Quad Cities. I was highly interested in purchasing the 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL R-Line, but the poor communication from your dealership has caused me to lose interest. Despite reaching out multiple times, the responses have been either delayed or entirely lacking. It is frustrating to feel ignored as a potential customer who was eager to engage in a serious conversation about purchasing a vehicle. Due to this lack of professionalism, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's office, and Volkswagen Corporate. It is clear to me that your dealership does not prioritize customer service, and I can no longer recommend Volkswagen of Quad Cities to others. If I could give a 0-star review, I would. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

We also pride ourselves on a friendly environment that makes our guests comfortable to do business with us. In reviewing your file we do see you reached out to our team member several times while he was out of the office with a family emergency for several days. We are truly sorry he was unavailable to reach back out to you and we sincerely wish you had contacted any other employees or our management team so we knew about this dropped contact. We do understand how frustrating it can be to not have your point of contact available, but we work as a team and wish we had known you needed help. We think this experience would have ended much better and appreciate the feedback so we can learn how to better adapt to communication needs when things like this pop up. We wish you the best and thank you for taking the time to express your concerns!

I recently bought a car from for SML.

I recently bought a car from for SML. Michael was a big help throughout the whole thing. He was patient and took the time to walk me through everything, took extra time providing me all the details over the phone and email. This was especially helpful since I had to fly in to pick up the car. His candor made me comfortable enough to make the decision to buy the car out of state. When I flew in, the dealer picked me up from the airport, which was nice. The whole process, from getting there to leaving, only took about an hour. That's way quicker than what I've dealt with before, which was usually 4-5 hours. Lynette, who handled the finances, was great too. She got through all the paperwork fast and was friendly to talk to. Overall, my experience with SML was excellent. I just wish they were closer to me so I could go there for my Audi needs.

Our experience at Smart Luxury Motors could not have been better! Our salesperson, Linda, is knowledgeable, personable and very patient! Took me months to decide on a vehicle because I didn’t want to commit to a big car payment. She never pressured us and we ended up with a beautiful vehicle at a great price! The entire staff is equally good to work with and very professional - from the detailers to the finance office. Got a great deal and we are enjoying our ‘new to us’ certified VW Atlas! Thanks for a great experience - highly recommend.

Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! Michael explained the difference in the models we looked at and reviewed all features with us. Didn't feel pressured and was very quick with all the questions we had!

Go literally anywhere else.

Go literally anywhere else. If I could leave zero stars, I would. We are now over two months after buying a vehicle there, with no title, no plates, and zero help from anyone that we have talked to at the dealership about this. Brice Peters, the sales manager legit laughed at me on the phone when I raised concerns about this process and how long it has taken. Save yourself the headache, shop elsewhere. Or at the very least, make sure they have the title for the car they are selling in hand when you buy it.

Great Experience

Went just to browse the lot, was met by salesperson Cindy, had no intention on buying at that time. She showed me options from the information I gave her within my price range. She was very personable and attentive, she was assisted by Michael who also was very knowledgeable about the inventory. I ended up going with a Volkswagen Tiguan, found a Taos for my fiancé, and my brother ended up buying a Ranger. The entire staff made us feel like family; from Steven and another I forgot his name in service, to Lynette in finance, Brice, the wonderful lady that located my fiancée’s vehicle (forgot her name also), and of course Cindy and Michael. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle there as well, after about 5 years with my Tiguan, and recommending them to anyone that I can who needs a car! And I cannot forget Nick Tarpein the GM, for reaching out to send thank you emails. Top notch all around. Thank you everyone
