Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. I was shopping for an Audi R8 and worked with David (salesman) at Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. After running my credit and getting pre-approved to purchase, I asked multiple times over two days for a purchase order. On the second day, David tells me the owner sold the car to someone else. So now I have a hard inquiry on my credit for nothing, my time was wasted, and no one had the professionalism to communicate properly or honor the process they started. This dealership clearly lacks integrity and respect for serious buyers. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This place is an absolute joke, my wife and I made the horrible mistake and purchased a Maserati from these scam artists back In August. The day we picked up the car they told us it needed a parking brake “which was ordered and would be delivered in a week” not knowing the ridiculous saga of endless let downs we were about to embark on we gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with the purchase. A week goes by and the car was dropped back off at the Murfreesboro location where it sat for a month. Everyday we called and they’d say “ it’ll be ready in a few hours, we’re just waiting to calibrate the brakes “ then the car was sent to the actual Maserati dealer where again it sat for a month because Ray ( the general manager) didn’t want to approve the repair costs.. we are going on month three of not having the car and it’s at the third repair shop.. to sum is it this we’ve been waiting three months for these scam artists to change brakes… that whole experience has become laughable. And ladies please be aware that Ray will raise his voice and curse at you just because you expect him to do his job. Don’t waste your time or money doing business with these people.

David and Joel were great.

David and Joel were great. It was the first time buying a car from a dealership in another state and it was something I swore I would never do without physically being in person to see a car. But right off the bat David put me at ease by accommodating my requests. The car was exactly as David said it would be. I have to give props to Joel as well he found me a good finance rate and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. When I’m In the market to buy another car I will Definitely be hitting up David and Joel.

I couldn’t have had a better experience than the one I had! Lora and the Team were Amazing. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. Hans has a fantastic Team ! Look forward to do business with them. I could not recommend a better place to buy a vehicle. No pressure at at all.

Nothingness great to say

Very bad experience. I do not have GREAT THINGS TO SAY. OUT OF A YEAR THEY HAD CAR FOR 6 MONTHS OF THAT YEAR. EVERYTIME I GOT BACK FOR THERE WOULD ALWAYS BE SOMETHING ELSE WRONG.

1st, If you are getting financing here RAY is the most amazing guy to work with! RAY made things happen other dealers told me could not be done! THANKS RAY/!!! LOVING my NEW McLaren! All round... The inventory is EXCELLENT, the buying EXPERIENCE was GREAT as well. BUT the AFTER THE SALE experience has been truly amazing!!! These guys really understand how to EARN a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

The staff at Auto Collection was friendly, and easy to

The staff at Auto Collection was friendly, and easy to talk to. The dealer however did not service my vehicle at all before they sold it to me. For one the oil was very dirty and way past due for a change. Second both windshield wiper blades were coming apart. Third there was a big exhaust leak that could be detected in the cabin (this is dangerous). And fourth there was a fog light out. The dealer assured me that vehicles are serviced if needed. This was a flat out lie. I do not recommend doing business here.

I appreciate the opportunity to assist you in the purchasing process. I am disappointed you feel the dealership did not meet your expectations. I feel we worked hard to negotiate a deal that would earn your business. We were the best priced RAM in the area. Our records showed it was not time for an oil change. However, when you came in and made me aware of the wipers and oil, I immediately contacted our service department and arranged an appointment that suited your schedule at no charge to you. You came in and test drove the truck twice. Once with your wife where you checked out all the features extensively to ensure they were in working order. You never addressed the fog light so this must have happened well after the sale. We are not responsible for all maintenance or issues for the duration of ownership. Lastly, there was no exhaust leak when you purchased the truck or when you brought it back to address the wipers & desired oil change. This is a manufacture issue, which is covered under the original manufacture warranty. Unfortunately, vehicles do not last forever & have issues. This is why I, as well as the finance department always recommend protecting your investment with additional warranty coverage. The management team & myself would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you to discuss these issues. Thanks, Carmen Woodall
