Terrible Service

This place is disgusting and dishonest. Took 4 hours to trade in my car and then sold me a lemon. I had to go to the DMV myself with an "employee" because they didn't have the paperwork. Places like this are why people hate used car dealers. After I traded in my lemon they were rude and wouldn't answer the phone and I never got my title.

MOST unprofessional online dealer I've ever dealt

Took about a month to receive shipment. Over 2 months without a title! (Still) Will not return calls or for that matter, will not pick up the phone to accept a call. How are you able be a legitimate business like that??? Claimed 56k on odometer, verified through Carfax but by all normal appearance values and common sense visual appearances, looked well beyond 200k. Missouri Attorney General is looking into this matter.

Awesome dealership, great service

Tom at Nationwide Auto is a great guy, not only has he helped me find a car after an accident totaled my old one, but he genuinely cares about helping you out and getting you the right vehicle for your needs. His prices are fair, the guys at the shop are great, and they will work with you to find the right fit for your next vehicle. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service!

Great buying experience. I loathe shopping for cars, but these guys made it as pain free as possible. Great customer service, they went above and beyond to help me get my car.

Where do I start? The art of customer service not only lives, but thrives at Nationwide Auto Warehouse. Tom has a wealth of automotive knowledge and loves to use it to help his customers make sound decisions when it comes to choosing a car. Not only is the friendly staff extremely helpful before the sale, their willingness to help really shines after the sale. After purchasing a stellar vehicle from him, Tom went the extra mile in helping me vet another vehicle I was purchasing from another dealership. I can honestly say that this was the best customer service experience I've ever had. Nationwide Auto Warehouse has a customer for life in me!

BEST Auto buying experience ever!!

I realized fairly quickly I would enjoy exploring a car purchase with Nationwide Auto from the first phone conversations I had with both Tom and Trey. Extremely nice; honest; laid back; and patient with all my questions! I live about an hour away and located a car I was very interested in on line. Needed some time to get there to look at it. Tom was extremely accommodating, and when I arrived, Trey had the car right out front with the door open for me to climb in and begin my "exploration" process. All cars on the lot seemed to be of very high (used) quality, and were clean and nicely displayed. The car that fit my budget and needs was fantastic and accurately represented by the on line ad. Very good photos on line. No disappointments when I reviewed the car. My test drive was a very positive, and enjoyable experience. Trey, (the owner's son) knew a whole lot about the car's features/equipment, etc. as we made the test drive. That was quite impressive to me since I believe the car had only been in their possession for a very short time. He was extremely courteous, and he was "just the right amount of helpful," if you know what I mean. No pressure; no nonsense. Just polite service. When I realized this was just the car I was looking for (for my wife), the business part of things was a snap. Tom and his wife Jennifer were, once again, wonderful to deal with, and very accommodating and assuring. No hassles. Trustworthy, pleasant folks. There wasn't one thing about my entire experience with Naitonwide that I was not extremely impressed with. I know when I am in the market for another used vehicle, my search will begin with these guys, and very possibly will finish up right there as well. Two thumbs up! 5 stars! And highest kudos to this place. Strongly recommended.

Great dealer and very easy to deal with

I bought my 2011 Nissan Rogue from Tom about 2 years ago now. He was very transparent about the buying process and answered any question I had. I felt like I got a great deal on my Rogue which was priced below blue book value. I have not had any issues with the car and have performed regular maintenance. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would buy from this dealer again.

great car buying experience

Tom is the owner if the company and who sold me my 2011 Nissan Murano. He was so pleasant to deal with. The whole transaction took no longer than an hour and Tom was eager to answer any questions I had. He gave me a fair price for my trade in and a great price for the Murano I bought. I felt like a valued customer and when I am in the market for another vehicle, I will go back to this dealership first!
