My experience is still an ongoing thing but turning out to be one of the worst car buying experiences, I have ever had. It’s been 3 months and all I ask for is what they told me they would do when they raised my car payment a while $100, and it’s3 going on 4 months and they haven’t did anything they said they would. When as I have done all ask of me, cash ,down deposit, even resigning a contract on a promise from them! Still nothing, very arrogant and misleading people! About to have to return car to finance company and take a hit because the sticker they put in my window has expired, which they are fully aware of but once again, NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD about good customer relations. Don’t get me started on the vehicle! In my personal opinion DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!!! Owner even gave me his personal number and said he would help but didn’t return calls either, so oh well! You try to deal with your people but back to the other I GO!!!!!!!


Never will I come there again

While I stood next in line the men took care of everyone. It was my turn & both men walked away from the desk completely ignored me & it was not busy ! I continue to stand there in line & the men came back up to the desk but still did not yet assist me or even asked why I was there. I told the manager & he really didn’t give a crap. I was the only black women in the entire office I really feel like it’s a discrimination thing. Everyone in there but the front desk lady made me feel very small. I did not continue to stay I left & will never ever come back to that place.


Horrible - Do not even bother

Just horrible, I purchased a used car (2012 VW )there and in less than a year have spent more money to repair (all hoses, brakes, tires, engine problems) that what I paid for the vehicle, now I'm told it needs a new engine. This has all been w/in 11 months of purchasing a vehicle from them. When I did call to discuss the issues I was told - you bought a used vehicle and I'm SOL. I won't even take my Jeep there to be serviced - I'd rather drive 40 minutes to another dealership.


Service department is useless

Been in the shop 5 times for same problem still not fixed. Have kept my car for a total of 5 weeks now. Often try not to give me a loaner. And the problem still exisit


Rude finance manager, misleading salesman.

Very poor customer service in the sales department. Financing manager was very rude. Salesman lied about having the vehicle detailed, then after telling me it was my fault for having not purchased the car the day before he said it would get detailed while we did the paperwork, PROMISED it would be done in that time frame. It got wet in that time frame and someone shined the tires and wiped down only the top of the dash. Nothing else was done. The car still needs a lot of cleaning to be even considered half way detailed. These guys don't respect their customers and will tell you whatever they want to get your money and send you down the road... with headlights pointed so low at the ground I had to spend an hour adjusting them just to get home. I will not be doing business with them again, ever.

This is the first negative response I've received regarding any of our Finance managers and will see to it this does not happen in the future. It appears we dropped the ball on the promised detail of the vehicle, which I was unaware of. That said, you were promised a detail and I would like to make that right. One star because I can't go negative.

I am a ASE certified technician and was on vacation when my truck broke down and took it to them because a dealer should have competent technicians boy was I sadly mistaken. It was in the shop for 5 days and the tech started cutting wires from my computer to try and jump something " YOU NEVER CUT WIRES IN A HARNES". finally they had another tech. look at it and the computer quit talking that morning " it had been communicating to diagnostic computer until the tech. cut the wires" told him to repair wires and order a new computer and program it $4,700 repair and $500 in motel bills. Check engine light still on, so I took it to another dealer to reprogram computer correctly so another $400.


$3000 in repairs only a month after purchase

Bought a 2009 enclave with roughly 95,000 miles from these guys and check engine light came on the very next day (coincident i think not)!! Brought it back in and the mechanic said it needed a new catalytic converter but after the manager jake hendershot had a talk with him they changed the story and said it was just an O2 sensor. That was a lie. That arrogant jerk even had the nerve to say it was our fault for buying a used vehicle and refused to fix anything else saying they wouldnt put anymore more money into it. Not even 2 months later the converter gave out stranding us on the road with our 3 kids. Cost us thousands to get it fixed. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to buy from here. They obviously make a living ripping off their customers and selling junk vehicles


Check engine light came on day after we bought it

Bought a buick enclave from them and the very next day the check engine light came on. Brought it back in and they determined it had a bad catalitic converter but refused to replace it because it cost too much. Instead they just changed an o2 sensor and said it was fixed. Not even 2 months later me my wife and our 3 kids were stranded on the side of the road 40 miles from home. Now we are stuck paying thousands because they refused to fix it right. Save yourself the nightmare we are going through and go somewhere else


Professional yet personable

I went to this dealership looking at 2018 chargers with a tight budget. The sales associates and all workers were very polite and knowledgeable. They worked very hard to get me what I wanted for (just a little over) what I wanted to spend. I got a remarkable trade in value for my previous car and I was very well taken care of. The process was quick but everything was done correctly.


Best place to buy

Will this was my 3rd time to buy car and always prefect. Everyone are kind very good at their job. You feel like one of the family. This time I worked with Jake. Just a few hours I had my loan and on my way home.
