Friendly, no-pressure, and affordable

After a lot of wavering, I decided to come here over the many other dealerships in the area, and I'm glad I did! The guys that work here (a family and their employees) are friendly and eager to help. I traded in my beater SUV for an older but low-mileage pickup and couldn't be happier with what I walked away with. Price and loan negotiations were friendly and accommodating; the monthly payment, terms, warranty, and gap insurance were well-explained and affordable. Their stock isn't huge, but what they have there seems quality. I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a dependable used car.

Satisfied and happy customer.

I went to a few lots before hitting cfac and i absolutely love how they helped me with finding a vehicle for my family and my man who is 6 foot 10. :) i worked with Gene and he is so friendly took care of us like we are family. The stereo does not work in the vehicle so they are putting in a stereo at no cost to me. The vehicle is spacious and roomy just what we needed. Also they helped me get financed in order to get a vehicle and i have no credit score. Thank you cfac i have been looking for a car dealership that i can go back to and i have found one in you guys. THANK YOU VERU MUCH.

Very Good Feeling!

Stopped in to check out a 99 Vette. Saw an ad online-wife and i just really wanted to check out the color, as we hadn't seen a pewter color up close. So decided to make the drive, expecting a slew of slimy off market used car salesman to try and hard sell us. WOW-totally wrong. Worked with Gene, and he was honestly one of the best salespeople we have every worked with (and we have bought quite a few different new cars)-totally no pressure-knowledgeable about the car. Let my wife and i both take the vette out for a test drive. When we came back with the car, we told him that we really wanted a stick instead of an automatic, he was totally polite and no pressure. think i would actually come back if they had the right vette at the right price (and i am a total for sale by owner kind of guy, so this says a lot!) VERY pleasant experience. Would recommend for sure. Gene was great :)

never again

I got a car from this place last year, I had always had cars that were used and had no issues but I thought it was time to upgrade so went to this dealer ship which gave me a loan for the car which now has a couple of issues and when I took it back they said they were unable to do anything about the issues. now I am stuck paying on a car that has issues and unable to take it to a mechanic. I will say they had good customer service. but I won't be going back seeing as it is going to take me 37 years to just pay off this car. when I saw on their site and went into their lot vehicles for cheaper.

We are sorry to hear that you are having some mechanical issues. Because of the Anonymous reply, we cant really figure out who you are. If you want to try and get the issue resolved, you can contact me directly at 360-748-3512, ask for Ryan, I am our Vice President. And like mentioned before, I don't know your entire scenario, because i do not know who you are, but I will be glad to try to help (again?) if it's possible. As a used car dealership, we cannot foresee a year into the future that you will have mechanical issues. We do offer service contracts to purchase at the time of sale if its possible for the customer to buy, to at least protect for mechanical break downs. So, please contact me and I will see truly what your options are, because your complaint isn't ringing a bell to me, its not something we are used to. We do value you as a customer, and hope to help resolve some of the dissatisfaction you are having about our dealership.

Great Service

Just bought a preowned 2013 Ram 1500 sport. Exact model ive been looking for in the last year and a half and found it on their lot. I worked with Gene and Ben and both were great. Very polite and not pushy at all and worked with my budget. Ryan at financing was great and thorough explaining the contract and the extended warranty that they are a vendor for. Overall great experience. Buying process was fast, easy and hassle free. Will update future interactions.

Awesome service!

I have now bought two cars from CFAC. Gene Harris works at getting the best deal he can for you. If there is an issue discovered right after you bought the car Ryan will do right by you amd take care of it. Buy far thw best experience I have ever had.
