Great service! went in for an oil change and they also noticed there was a recall, and they fixed it.

Very happy with the speed that the recall was handled. Brought the car in for an oil change but asked that the recall be handled at that time.

I had a good experience recently in purchasing a pre-owned car from this dealership. In particular, Jordan Harvey was stellar in helping me - I asked many questions and he answered all of them with patience and good information. He also went above and beyond when an issue did arise with the car, assisting me - on a Sunday! - with advice and a facilitated service appointment on the next day. The service department identified and fixed the issue promptly. I found the sales and finance staff to be very professional and also flexible, Sam worked with me on the price which I appreciated. This dealership is new to me with this car, so I will service it there and have high hopes for a continued good experience.

Came into Sullivan's Honda for a routine oil change. So far my experiences for any maintenance or repair has always been pleasant as this one was. Marissa, the maintenance point person. was attentive and informative as be began and completed the service with no real issues. The work was completed in a very timely fashion with no delays.

Brought my vehicle to Torrington Honda for an oil change before a long trip. The vehicle only had 5600 miles on it, but I wanted to change the oil before I went on my trip. I was very happy with the service department. Special things go to the girl at the service department named Paige.
