The customer service was good. Car buying process was also good. Great prices and clean cars. Had a problem with my car the day after driving buying it and driving it home and had to have it towed back to J and F's shop. They ended up fixing the vehicle and paying for my tow bill and rental car charges. Needless to say they made it right, although I would expect nothing less. Only thing I wasn't happy with was their mechanic shop. I don't know how they could sale and send out a truck that breaks down the following day BUT they were very apologetic and ultimately made up for it. I will definitely go back.

I bought a 2009 Chevy Cobalt from J & F in July 2013. The car is very simple and runs well. The warranty, I thought, was good for a used car: 60 days or 3000 miles. I took advantage of the warranty and took it back to remove condensation in one of the headlights and replace some plastic in the front passenger inner fender. They had to order the piece for the fender so in my first trip, they fixed the headlight. I brought it back the next week to have the inner fender piece installed. I didn t even get home before the plastic came loose from the random screws they used to fasten it and it was being torn off and shredded by the tire. Then, when inspecting the atrocious work they did, I noticed the condensation in the headlight they supposedly fixed was just as bad as it had been the week before. It was 6pm by this time so I called to leave them a voicemail but they don t even have a vm box set up. I called the next day and was told the owner would call me back but, of course, he never did. I took the car to a friend who showed me several parts to the engine that were missing, ie: screws, bolts, anti-freeze overflow tube, etc. If you buy a car from there, have a knowledgeable mechanic look at it before purchasing. And DO NOT bring it back there for warranty service, or ANY service for that matter. Their service work is awful, awful, awful and they obviously don't car enough to make sure their cars are 100% intact.

Hi am 22yrs old this place got me into a 2008 infiniti m35x at a cheaper price than anyone. The owner was highly enthused about his service and his business. Didn't hassle me for money down, he dealt with various banks and found that my own bank that i bank with gave me the best loan and it was only 3.8% interest. he informed me to go there and apply for an auto loan. What place does that. they earned my respect. Thanks alot guys appreciate everything. customer for life
