I bought my 2010 Mercedes c300 from here about 6 months ago as a birthday present to myself. Mike, Shawn and all the guys there made that possible. I have wanted this car for so long and now everyday that I get into my car I am still happy and excited. That's how you should feel about it and I never had till now. I have had nothing but a perfect experience here at Automaxx. Anything I need help with, they are there with an answer, happily. Every person that works there is genuine and helpful and know what they are doing...I know that is not common among car dealerships so I'm lucky to have found one of the rare few! I actually felt like I made a good purchase and will go there for all futures purchases to come. If you are in the market, I would say go here for sure---and if they don't have what you want, they will get it!

We viewed a 2011 BMW 335i from Automaxx Of San Diego and we were very pleased with the vehicles presence although they already had a deposit on the vehicle. I guess great deals don't last. The salesman there was very hepful and found us another vehicle that fit our budget and we are very happy with the vehicle. Thanks Automaxx :)

No follow up correspondence via email other than an auto-reply. I do not want to be contacted via phone and I cannot simply come down to take a test drive, that's why I'm shopping online. I have moved on to local dealers.

First of all i sent two emails and they did not respond. I was a serious buyer and they lost out! They were rude, abrupt and treated me as if i did not know the first thing about buying a car. I was ready to buy and wanted to know if the 2013 Dodge Challenger was still available, based on their approach i opted for a different dealer who treated me with respect and the customer service i deserved. Now i am the owner of a 2013 RT, V8, 6 speed manuel, a much better car!!! AutoMaxx of San Diego you missed out!!!!!

They never answer inquires over email. after few days i get an email follow up asking if i still need help. Duh
