2013 Chrysler 300
Kept driving past lot to and from work, saw a Chrysler 300 I thought my wife would like. We stoped in on a Saturday, drove a few cars and she decided on the white one. When you go, ask for Anthony, very professional, no pressure what so ever. We looked at expensive cars and some more modest ones. We were pleased with the inventory and availability of other inventory. Financing was a breeze! I don't have perfect credit, in fact, I'm still rebuilding it. They were prepared to help me with the best options available. I will definitely start with these guys the next time I searched for another vehicle.

Highly recommend!!
The guys here are all great!! Super friendly, not pushy salesman as you sometimes see at car lots. They made the buying process easy and a lot less stressful than some other dealerships have been in the past. I would and have recommended them to everyone I know who is looking for a used car.

Great Experience
I had a great experience with Anthony as he lead me through the purchase of a used Dodge Ram. He was very knowledgeable and personable making the entire process enjoyable. The truck was a great price, certified, and one owner which they specialize in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY
Agreed to buy a used car and signed a contract. Came back the next day to find out they had sold the car. During the entire process, they tried to force me into financing through their company. I called the next day and there was no mention of the car being sold. When I showed up at the dealership, they told me they had sold the car out from under me. This was AFTER signing a contract. DO NOT TRUST these guys. Take your business elsewhere.

NOT A FAMILY BUSINESS! BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP
NOT A FAMILY BUSINESS! BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! READ BELOW I wanted to buy a car for my mother because she watches my son when I'm at work. I shopped for my car rates prior to coming to the dealership and found a 3.24% interest rate with my credit union (CU). I found a car that I wanted to buy for my mom at this dealership. I live in Federal Way and it would be an hour drive for me. The day before I came in, I contacted the dealership and talked to Sno. He was able to answer my questions about the car and I told him I will be coming in the next day. Sno proceed to say something about financing and said that if they pulled my credit report, "it would be a SOFT INQUIRY." I told him that it was not necessary because I already have an interest rate with my CU. 1030 am: The very next day I come into the dealership with my mother, boyfriend and 7 months old son. My boyfriend owns a Subaru and went to some schooling for mechanics. As I approach Sno, one of the very first things I told him that I was going to work with my credit union with financing. He gives me the keys to the car. We looked at the car and within a hour of test driving and inspecting it, I knew that this was the car for mother. 1200 pm: I proceed to tell Sno that I would like to purchase the car. He had me sign a piece of paper, not really telling me what I'm signing. I thought I was signing to proceed with the car purchase. Within 15 minutes, Greg, the finance person, came up to me with a higher interest rate of 6.9% and $2500 money down. I told him Idk know why my credit score was even down and told him it was incorrect. I proceed to tell Greg that I would be using my credit union for financing. He then had me get information, in which I had to find in a chain of email with had with the CU. About another 10 minutes, I had the contact person information with the credit union and proceeded to give him the CU information. After another 10 minutes, he comes back with an even higher interest rate of 9%. I was then becoming more furious bc as they keep going away, my phone pops up that multiple inquiries on my credit report was being added. 1:30pm : After an hour and a half of this nonsense, Greg came back to me again. I asked him if he was talking to the contact person with my credit union. He gave me a run around story that I had to drive back to my credit union, which was an hour away, to give them a purchase form and drive all the way back to the dealership. They wanted me to sign a contract that if my loan did not go through with my CU, I would use their finance contract of 6.24% so that I did not have to drive all the way back to Bothell. At this point, I become outraged and even told Greg that I was irritated. I then proceed to call my CU contact person, who told me the proper steps I needed to do and the dealership could fax over the purchase form. 2:30 pm: Within an hr of doing this with my CU, the car was purchase. My boyfriend was even furious bc he knew what they were doing after an hour of waiting. They wanted me to use their bank so they get the incentives. They ignored me and my request as a customer. My boyfriend even told me that we should leave and forget about the car. But I wanted to get this through. He left about 2:00 pm with my 7 month old son bc of traffic and he wanted to take the baby home. If they would have listened from me from the very beginning, I would have gotten down with the car purchase within an hour of test driving it. This was by far THE WORST CAR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE EVER! Not only did they not listen to me from the beginning, they ignored that I had my mother, boyfriend and 7 month son with me. What I should have done was just walk away from this dealership, but I put more money in their pockets. They also mislead me stating that a soft inquiry was going to be done on my credit report. They ended up pulling from 6 different lenders when I already had the bank I was working with.
