Services were prompt and diagnosis, and recommendations were helpful in making a decision on how to proceed. The service rep. in the service department was very courteous and professional, his name was Anthony, cannot recall his last name. Also, the salesman Ian was very helpful, courteous and professional with the purchase of an upgraded vehicle.

Had a 7:00 am appointment.

Had a 7:00 am appointment. Every thing went smoothly. 4 new tires, alignment, front wipers and Coolant Exchange . Service couln't have gone better. Anthony Grant was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. If I was starting a new business - I would try to hire him.Service c

The service writer, Reilly Mickey, was available as soon

The service writer, Reilly Mickey, was available as soon as I walked in. He understood what I wanted and suggested I also get the tires rotated. He told me the price and how long it would take. Everything went smoothly.

I had an appointment to bring my car in for a safety

I had an appointment to bring my car in for a safety recall. I was greeted up on arrival. My appointment was pretty much on time. I was told approximately how long the service would take. I was asked about a complimentary car wash. My car was ready in the time frame advised. My car was washed afterwards. I did notice my clock and pre set radio stations were off time/stations. My AC was on full blast/speed when I went to get inside my car. The staff was friendly.

Sheldon Smiths’ professionalism, demeanor and passion for

Sheldon Smiths’ professionalism, demeanor and passion for what he does are second to none. I admire that in him! He gives customer service and KIA an extremely good name. I could go on and on, but you get the gist. I’ll be requesting Sheldon as my Service Advisor from here on, whereas I’ve never requested a specific Advisor before. I had a great experience at South side Kia while getting my tire replaced. I was even shuttled to get something to eat. Reilly Mickey and his crew were Awesome. They were getting people in and out. Everyone was Courteous and polite. Thanks for the great experience!
