My kids helped purchase their first car April 26. The car dealer was informed the car was being purchased for two 16 year olds and that they were putting their money they earned and saved towards this purchase. The day after we bought it the check engine light came on. Took the car to O Reilly to get the code read. The car dealer was informed the next day and assured my ex husband that they would order the part. Never heard from them again. This past Friday (May 30), the car started sounding terrible. The car was taken for an oil change, the oil was old and had metal shavings in it. Again called the dealer and got several stories. The "partner" bought the car and it was his fault. Then since we were past the 30 day warranty we would need to pay out of pocket for a new motor. Then we were basically told our kids drove it too rough. We have Life360 and get driving reports that show the speed driven, rapid acceleration and hard braking. Basically two teenagers were taken advantage of, and then blamed for a car becoming undrivable within 34 days of purchase which is disgusting behavior. If we want to pay more out of pocket to get a new engine we were told we could do that. I do not trust this dealership to fix this car. My ex husband offered to sell the car back to them (at a big loss to my kids), but the dealer doesn't do that, likely because it's junk. The car dealer gave my ex husband the runaround and several excuses. This is a good lesson to have a car checked out by a mechanic and my kids now know that car dealers can be very untrustworthy. A five thousand dollar lesson learned, and now we have a piece of junk car to dispose of. Believe the negative online reviews, the people we dealt with after the sale were definitely not the people who sold the car.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! The check engine light was reset prior to sale and was not disclosed. Once the issue was raised with them they became extremely rude and unprofessional, ignoring phone calls and when talking to the staff was told that, "we cant just xxxx out a mechanic".

Crooked car dealership
We bought a H2Hummer today from them. Paid cash. Got 2 miles down the road and the 4 wheel drive locked on and would not come out. We called them and they wouldn’t do anything about it and said we had to pay to fix it. We were driving down the road and 4 wheel drive locked in. I can’t believe it! Scammers!!!

Worst car dealer ever
Asked about an ad that they had posted on Craig’s list. They posted no pictures of the engine bay, which is a pretty important detail of a car, and makes or breaks a deal. I live two hours away so I thought that maybe texting the number and asking for pictures of the engine bay would be an easy solution to make my decisions. Boy was I wrong! I not only got told to look elsewhere, they proceeded to insult me and call me lazy, ignorant, and picky, all because I asked for pictures on a (23 YEAR OLD CAR). Seems to me like they’re the lazy ones if they can’t even take easy pictures to satisfy a potential customer. Long story short I don’t recommend buying here, as that is clearly super shady and they aren’t showing you the full car.

Great service, good selection of cars!
The salesman/owner of the lot was very nice and helped us find a car that fit our needs. We were able to finance the car through them. It was a very fast and easy process and I love my car!

Excellent Dealer!
Recently just bought a Bmw from Crest Motor Sales, which is the fourth car I or a family member has purchased from Crest. Staff is very nice, buying process was quick and smooth. Every car we have purchased as been near perfect ( I say near only because the cars have been used before ). Never had a problem with any of them. Definitely a return customer just due to the clean buisness Crest does.

Never even responded. Bought similar car next day
Asked them to contact me regarding pricing on a Porsche Boxster and they never bothered to respond to me. I ended up finding a nicer Boxster S the next day and drove to Chicago to purchase it. Not sure how they do or should stay in business with that approach of avoiding customers? Perplexed. Well at least in this case they lost a guaranteed sale.
