My wife and I were travelling to Grove City Oh. from Syracuse NY to see family. Truck stopped at exit 165 off I 71. Would not start,called two auto repair shops and was told a week before they could even get me in. Was towed to Mike's Auto because he said he would look at it. To make a long story kinda short, They worked til 6 pm to find problem. Fuel pump, parts store in morning. Stranded for the night? Nope, Mike let us use one of his cars in the lot. Not one soul from back home would do this. Right then and there I new Mike was the man, along with Dan who worked late. Next day got a call they were wrapping up the job, and you know where the fuel pump is holding a full tank of gas. The cost of this repair was unreal. they could have soaked us. To my disbelief the bill was beyond fair, the part was the most expensive item. Labor rate , the best anywhere. This auto shop is the BEST any where. It made me want to move to Ohio. About a month ago I bought my first car at Mike's and don't plan to go anywhere else in the future. I called after they closed and he stopped what he was doing and met me there so I could check out my new Lincoln. And after test drive and inspection I bought it for a great price and haven't had any issues with it. Shout out to Mike's auto for being one of the few places that still care about their customers!

After shopping all over town, I bought my used car from them, and it was a wise decision. Had the car about a week and had a couple minor issues that weren't covered under the warranty. They took care of them right away with no questions asked. They really care about their customers. Save yourself some time and go here first.
