Stay Away From Here

I do not recommend going here at all, You’re better off going to a shady dealership in the ghetto. These guys are sharks and will say anything to get you to sign, Ashley and Don are very unprofessional and will take full advantage of your trust. I will never go back here to get another car and i switch cars every two to three yrs. I will be advising everyone i talk to about car buying to stay away from this place. Everyone i come across will hear my story even if i have to bring it up in the middle of a funeral speech i will find a way to work it in there just so it can be heard, If someone randomly says hi to me i will tell them to stay away from this dealship even if they dont drive and ride the bus everywhere.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY

This is the most untrustworthy car dealership in Spokane. Their salespeople will say absolutely anything in order to make the deal, even promising add-ons (for example, they commited to adding a remote start, new carpet kit, touching up my paint, and more) with absolutely zero intention to complete them unless you make a big fuss about it. They did do some of what they promised, for example, the remote start. However, I was asked to pay $150 after the fact when it was supposed to be included in the original deal! I told the salesman absolutely not and he backed off, but how dare they try to ask for payment when it was supposed to be included and especially after the work had already been done. That has scam written all over it. I had to deal with the same shady salesman for months before I made enough noise for the owner to get involved. Once he was, of course, I was promised the moon and again, they could not deliver! I was promised a brand new carpet kit when I purchased the vehicle, and when I took it in to be installed, it was the cheapest most unprofessionally installed kit I (and the owner even admitted he) had ever seen! So I was told they would order a new kit. This took months for one reason or another (the service center told me they didn't have approval and then they told me once they got the approval there were shipping delays After, it was a mess!) So finally when the new kit was shipped in (4 months after I purchased the car) I just picked it up/installed it myself rather than having to wait any longer. Now that I've washed my hands of all of that, the final issue is that I am 4 months in with no permanent plates. I have heard that there is a plate shortage right now but that is absolutely not the issue here. The dealership apparently failed to have the car properly signed over when it was traded in by the previous owner. The stories I have gotten have varied from the odometer reading being inaccurate to the previous owner having a marriage/name change. Point of the matter is that this should have been taken care of long before I had to go in and get my third (yes, I said third) set of temporary window plates. There is absolutely no excuse for the shady business practices of this establishment and I urge anyone who is looking to buy a car to STAY FAR AWAY from any one of Dan Arrotta's 5 different dealerships in town.

Terrible experience

Wouldn’t recommend to my enemies. Very poor communication within their own people and since we didn’t insist on having something written on paper we got hosed on the deal. Should have bought from Tom Denchel like we had talked about.

Great customer service

I came here car shopping the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very willing to work with me and my not so great credit and help me figure out the best way to go about getting a car

Bought a truck

Chase was really knowledgeable about the trucks on the lot and found us the perfect truck for our family. Chase was very nice, outgoing and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you!

They need allot of training

Spent 12 hours one day and 2 the next finally got into a pickup but it could have been allot less time if the employees were trained better then they approved us for the wrong pickup and at first didn't fess up just had up test drive it to see if we wanted it and it was in way worse shape and they wanted more money for it, every step to hours then at the end the salesman put the blame on use cause we didn't have our pay stubs

Buying a used vehicle

Eric told us 3 different times he would call and. It never happened. He made promises that he didn't keep or say things to encourage us thinking he could make a deal and never followed through..basically gave us the runaround and wasted our time. I don't feel that was professional at all. Very poor customer service.

Yukon Denali

I bought a 2018 Yukon Denali from Joe Diamond. The service was great. Paperwork was fast and easy. Had a positive experience. Follow up was great.

My Car salesmen Jeremy was amazing. Had friends and family buy vehicles here and seems to have issues. Cars salesmen are great but the managers tend to be rude.

Great Team
