I returned to this dealership because it is where I

I returned to this dealership because it is where I purchased my car. On Saturday, 7/13/24, I had a scheduled service that included an oil change. Aside from the usual "walk me through this" conversation, I did not like how I was told they could not provide me a cost total before working on my car. Additionally, they asked me to sign my paperwork with blank lines on the total - they make it binding (luckily, it was within my range). Secondly and most upsetting, after getting my car back, I drove roughly 4 hours that day to get home and find smoke coming out of my hood. Turns out, they forgot to replace the engine oil cap back on the engine and that oil poured over everywhere! The cleaning took about 3 days (to let oil cool). I called really upset and was asked to come in when I had time so I can meet the manager. When I did, I was told my next service is free and that the manager would personally do a thorough check of fluids and the engine overall. You'd think that would be satisfying but I now have a big distrust with them. So much so that I checked my hood and caps after getting my car back this second time. They offered solutions but I am debating going back.

Absolutely horrible stay away I bought a car there with

Absolutely horrible stay away I bought a car there with $55,000 miles they told me it would be under warranty for 5 years or 100,000 miles whatever came first I went in to get something done they told me my warranty was only 36 months sales department lied service department says they have nothing to do with it then the big weed calls me back and tells me he's not going to eat it because the warranty is up well the warranty wouldn't have been up about it

Tuan Le and Tyler were very helpful in my financing’s and purchasing of my truck. They took care of all the paperwork that I needed. They my buying experience very relaxing an calm. I couldn’t have received any better service than I got. If I get into a situation where I can buy a new vehicle again I would definitely go see them both. Thank you for your great service.

Over the past 5 months I have been car shopping for a

Over the past 5 months I have been car shopping for a replacement vehicle for my expiring leased Grand Cherokee. I have had extensive discussions with at least 5 different Jeep dealerships. I was extremely disappointed with all of these dealerships - changing agreed to terms, rudeness, and in some dealerships, very expensive fees. As a result of these experiences I had decided to buy out my lease instead of getting a new lease or purchasing a new Grand Cherokee. As a last result, I went to Bill Deluca Jeep dealership. I went in expecting the same kind of run around. What I got was a breath of fresh air. The salesman, Rick Schult, was professional, very knowledgeable, sympathetic to what I was trying to accomplish. Discussions on costs were simple and straight forward - no "misunderstandings. Mike, the General Manager also was helpful and Tuon Le, the Business Manager, was patient and very helpful. I made the purchase complicated, but Rick, Toun and Mike were patient, friendly and understanding. Because of these individuals I purchased a 2024 Grand Cherokee that I picked up yesterday, February 29. I have had a great deal of experience with other dealerships but, Bill Deluca was the best I have dealt with. The staff was seasoned, professional and friendly. This is the first dealership that I feel a loyalty to. I will go Bill Deluca's for any additional automotive needs I have in the future. When the opportunity arises, I will sincerely recommend Rick Schultz and the team at Bill Deluca's. I have never done that before!

The service department doesn’t own up to their promise.

The service department doesn’t own up to their promise. Expect to end up paying for their mistakes they make when you bring in your car. They promised reimbursement for their errors but never delivered. Can’t trust anyone who can’t return $100 for towing
