We purchased two Hyundais from Eddie Tourelle Hyundai in Covington. We couldn’t be happier. A good sales person, which we had, is one thing, but a great service department is another. That’s what keeps us coming back to the dealer. Ron and his team are complete professionals, extremely proficient, and totally honest. We would not take our cars anywhere else for service. Blythe Martin is our service rep almost every time, and she is awesome. It is obvious she loves her job. No matter how busy the service department gets, Blythe is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. She is definitely customer friendly. Thanks to Eddie Tourelle, Ron, and Blythe. What a team!

We purchased two Hyundais from Eddie Tourelle Hyundai in Covington. We couldn’t be happier. A good sales person, which we had, is one thing, but a great service department is another. I was referred to Kyle McSpaddin by a friend.

I was referred to Kyle McSpaddin by a friend. I live in Nashville but I called Kyle anyway to discuss the new Santa Fe. I was so impressed by Kyle's knowledge of the trim options that I was considering making the 500 mile trip from Nashville TN However the color choices I wanted were not available at Kyle's dealership. Kyle was extremely patient with me as I changed the scope of vehicles I was considering throughout the process. I will be keeping Kyle in mind for future car purchases.

Had a 9:30 appt.

Had a 9:30 appt. for an oil change. Was there for 4 hours. Felt like the technicians spent more time trying to see what other repairs needed to be done rather than doing the oil change I brought the car in for.
