Pulling the rug out!
I purchased a Buick sedan from Deluca one Friday night - did the paperwork, made the deal, paid the deposit. On Saturday morning, Deluca calls me to tell me they sold the car to someone else and that they can get me another one like it in a few days. I cancelled the deal because they had their one chance to get it right. They did not.

The Most WORST Car Shopping experience ever!!!!
I had put a deposit on a used 2017 Mercedes C300 Sport. We agreed on both my trade in and the purchase price. Adam Colarusso was my sales rep. Dennis is the Manager. I was coming in all of the way from NJ which is at least a 4 hour drive. The only hold up was getting my check delivered from my Credit Union and informed Adam that I would be there as soon I received the certified check. We had multiple instances of communication via both e-mail and phone. While waiting for the check, I get a call from Dennis saying, “not to come, the car was sold and delivered over the weekend. I have never had a dealership take a deposit to hold a car, and then sell the car to someone else without even telling you first. I have bought over 15 cars in my lifetime, this has to be a first time experience of such an unprofessional experience for me. I even arranged to take a day off from work to trek all of the way over there. Now I am out of a car and a day off from work. All I got was a lame “Sorry” along with pitch silence from both Adam and Dennis. Don’t just walk away......RUN as fast as you can to a more professional dealership that values your time and your business. These guys are plain old greedy and unethical in doing business. Totally unacceptable and majorly pathetic!!!!!!!

Adam Colarusso Was awonderful associate. He was helpful, with lot of knowledge of services and equipment that my new lease has. He continues to be helpful when new question arise. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends

great experience , i could not expect a better and easier way to buy a vehicle , well Hugo and the sales team at bill delucas made it happened for us, great knowledge , easy to deal with , great prices , great vehicles , we find the right truck in no time and we were done withing an hour , nice and clean and very relaxing dealer , im happy and i will definitely recommend any one looking for a vehicle to come by Delucas to find it.

this is my second colorado lease , and im glad i came back to Deluca chevrolet in haverhill , they were able to get to the numbers i was looking for , nice and easy to deal with , the entire team was fill with knowledge , every one , Alan in finance , managers , MO , was great and the salesman Hugo very helpful and kind , i will for sure come back for my next purchase and will recommend tofriends and family.

Looking for a new family vehicle
From the moment I walked I knew i was at the right dealership. I was greeted by Mr Palacin and his professional and courteous approach put my mind at ease. We were test driving the vehicle within 5 minutes of my arrival. Once we sat down to go over the sale process things moved fast and efficiently. great experience great customer service , sales person Hugo was very know what he was doing , dealer was nice and clean very peaceful and we were able to find the right vehicle we were looking for , finance person was very helpful, same thing with the manager that helped us, we will come back for the next purchase .
