I came in on a Saturday afternoon after a long day of car shopping. I looked at a used Chrysler 300 and decided that I like the car enough to negotiate. The sales rep, Kevin, gave the typical cheesy sales pitch. I was told there was no room to move and 3 minutes later they came down a grand. Regardless, this is basically to be expected when buying a car so that part isn't why they are getting a one star review. The worst part started when I had to start dealing with the "finance manager". His name was Jorge and I am quite confused on he is still employed. It is now Thursday at 6pm and I still don't have the car after buying on Saturday. The dealership was lazy to get anything done once the car was sold. The finance manager didn't know their own wiring instructions so my bank could wire money. It was almost looking like I would have to get a certified check overnighted since I bank out of state, but as of today they finally got my bank the wiring instructions. It got so bad that my bank called me and questioned if the dealership was legitimate and recommended I explore options to cancel the sale. Also, I hope you never have to exchange emails with Jorge as it will come back in all caps and incoherent. I bought the car already so it's too late for me, but don't make the same mistake I did. These guys are brutal. I'm literally writing this review while I sit in the waiting room to talk to the one and only Jorge. Been sitting here for an hour waiting to GIVE them money so they can sell me the car. I have already expressed my concerns on the phone so you would think they would go above and beyond to make this process easy. Nope. Worst car buying experience ever and I've bought quite a few cars.

Bought new Lincoln MKZ. Diirty carpet from being used by the salesman. Delivered the car after i purchased it without washing it our putting the mats in it. I explain to the rude salesman Joe the i had the extra key to the car i was trading in and i would drop it off when i could but that earlier in the day my dad was rushed to the hospital and that i was purchasing the larger car to drive my elderly mother back and forth to the hospital. Between getting bad news about my dad and being with my mother i didn't bring the extra key back within 4 days. The salesman starts contacting my work. I wish i never bought this car. Buy a BMW they treat you like gold noy like a used car dealer.

I would just like to say that the staff and experience at Schaumburg Lincoln was exceptional. Marcellus and Ian went above and beyond to take excellent care of my girlfriend bought a car. If you are looking for a Lincoln or used car please go see them they will treat you like family
